Le personnel très accueillant et très gentil, ainsi que la femme de ménage qui est d'une gentillesse inégalable.

Pros:

The location is perfect, within a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque. There're plenty of good restaurants around. The room was spacious with a nice view. Everything what we needed was in the room. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty. The roof terrace has great view of the sea. We'd stay again when in Istanbul!

Cons:

The TV didn't work in our room but it didn't bother us at all.
