Ottimo posizione a 5 minuti da santa Sofia colazione buona bella la terrazza per un caffè con panorama sul mare

Fabulous in every way!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were warmly and attentively greeted by Veysel. He sat down with us and showed us all the places to go on the map. He then escorted us to our room and explained the facilities. He was very friendly throughout our stay, as were all the staff. We were given a beautiful room which we really appreciated, There were eye level wrap around windows with views of the Marmara sea - so lovely! Large comfortable bed, great shower with plenty of hot water and gorgeous toiletries. The room was serviced daily and fresh towels provided, coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was particularly good and varied and plentiful - fresh salads daily, fresh fruits and breads, hot foods such as eggs, and vegetables, and juices, We sat for an hour at breakfast each day planning our day ahead and the hotel is ideally located, steps from the Blue Mosque in one direction and a minute from the Çemberlitaş tram stop (and a few minutes stroll to the entrance of the Grand Bazaar) in the other direction which takes you to the Spice bazaar and ferry pier in Eminonu in 10 minutes and onwards over to Galata Tower. From Eminonu you can transfer to another tram line that brings you to Balat and Fener in minutes. Good wifi throughout the hotel too. And a particularly lovely roof terrace! Thanks to everyone at the Aprilis - it made our holiday to have such a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it on all counts.

Cons:

Nothing - other than the TV in the room didn't have any channels available and my husband wanted to see a football game on TKR1, but it wasn't a problem for us as I had a tablet that I found the channel on!

Pros:

Struttura eccellente in zona Sultanahmet. Comfort e pulizia delle stanze , personale alla reception gentilissimo e comunicazione eccellente anche prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo !

Friendly staff, perfect location, relaxing rooftop bar and views
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located to see all the sights. It has beautiful roof top views. The rooms were comfortable with great showers. Gorgeous turkish breakfasts. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, knowledgeable and made our stay incredible. Thank you so much. Loved Istanbul!

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Mir wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Cons:

Das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer entsprach für mich nicht dem Preisniveau der Unterkunft. Das Hotel insgesamt ist ein bisschen alt und die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders beeindruckend.

A wonderful hotel, great views and rooms, great staff.

The head receptionist! I have never known customer service provided to such a personal and high level. He was absolutely brilliant.

A wonderful Istanbul experience made better by the friendly staff, especially Veysel and Bardan.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Aprilis Hotel. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the first moment. All the major attractions — Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar — were just a short walk away.

A very special thank you to Veysel and Bardan at the reception. They supported us from the first day until we left, helping us plan our daily programs and arranging tours to Princess Islands, Bursa, Sapanca, and the Bosporus. Their kindness, patience, and attention to every detail — even booking our airport transfer — made our trip truly unforgettable.

Aprilis Hotel offers comfort, hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommended.
