Cons:

1. He puesto hora de llegada 00:00- 00:30 de 27/05/2026 ( Como han preguntado en la Paqui a WEB) .Pero al llegar a la 00:00 no me han dado habitación explicando que en el hotel la hora de entrada es 15:00. Pues tuvo que coger taxi y buscar otro hotel para esta noche. Me ha costado 160€.

2. Puesto varios (8) frascos en el baño y 6 de ellos eran vacíos!

3. Secador de pelo no funcionaba.

5. Habitacion en dos días no limpiaban.

Perfect location, helpful staff, great ambience.
Pros:

Location 5 mins walking distance from the Old Town was excellent, especially being able to walk along the canal. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Room was spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Just great - will choose next time as well!
Pros:

Great hotel, great location. Had a nice walk to the Old Town - very close. Super large rooms, very comfy beds, king size bathroom. Very clean. Paid parking underground. Amazing staff. So, 10 points!

All was just great.

Почистить центральную лестницу. Для гостей с собаками предлагать подстилку и миску для воды.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, рядом со старым городом и между двумя замечательными парками. Удобная кровать, спать было комфортно. Приемлемый завтрак, если вы приехали на пару дней.

Cons:

В первую очередь - это НЕ типичный Radisson Blue к которому вы могли привыкнуть. Лестницы отеля были очень грязными, как и некоторые части сантехники в ванной комнате нашего улучшенного номера. В ванной нет большой душевой лейки, только ручная, которую вы можете закрепить сверху. Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразней, но для пары дней - норм. Из подземного паркинга в фойе отеля нужно подниматься по высокой узкой лестнице со своими чемоданами в руках, лифта нет. SPA я так и не нашел, хотя указатели о нем были. Бар в самом отеле закрывается в 22:00, что удивительно рано на фоне не спящего города.

Hotellirakennus on rakenteellisesti mielenkiintoinen ja ilmava.
Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja maukas.

Pros:

Siisti ja kaunis huone. Hyvä varustelu: kahvit teet ja vedenkeitin, pullot vettä. Hyväntuosuiset saippuat ja käsirasva kylpyhuoneessa. Jotain Radissonin omaa merkkiä. Kaikki huoneessa toimi. Vanhakaupunki ihan lähellä samoin kauniit puistot, joihin koiran kanssa mukava mennä. Ei kokemusta aamiaisesta.

Cons:

Autohalli oli pimeä ja katto niin matala paikoittain, että takaluukku kopsahti kattoon avattaessa. Hotelli on puistojen välissä. Toisessa järjestetään ulkoilmakonsertteja, jolloin äänet kuuluvat erittäin selvästi huoneisiin. Voi häiritä nukkumista, jos rokki soi yömyöhään. Kannattaa tarkistaa etukäteen tämä.
