Siisti mutta jo ikääntynyt hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla.
Pros:

Suuri huone, jossa kylpyhuoneen lisäksi erillinen wc. Erinomainen sijainti ja parkkihallissa hyvin paikkoja vapaana ainakin meidän vierailumme aikana.

Cons:

Parkkihallista pääsi ulos vain pitkiä jyrkkiä portaita ja ovi aukesi rappujen suuntaan. Laukkujen kantaminen sieltä oli urakka. Parkkihalli erittäin ahdas ja kieli keskellä suuta piti ajaa ettei osunut tolppiin. Hallissa oli myös säkkipimeää suurimman osan ajasta kun liikesensori ei havainnut liikettä. Aamiaisella ei juuri ollut vegaanista syötävää perus papujen, leipien ja kasvimaidon lisäksi mikä on miinus kokonaisuuteen. Sohva on mitä ilmeisimmin tuotu elefanttien olohuoneesta, niin lysyyn se oli istuttu. Siivouksen yhteydessä jostain syystä ei tyhjennetty roskakoreja ja se piti erikseen pyytää. Aulan vesielementtiä ei ole puhdistettu ilmeisesti koskaan sillä suuri osa vettä valuvista naruista oli kalkkeutunut tukkoon. Erikoista kun sen pitäisi olla aulan katseen vangitsija ja nyt se vaan antoi virttyneen kuvan.

goed voor 1 nacht, locatie perfect en ontbijt goed.
Pros:

Absoluut geen wow effect, maar als hotel voldoet het. Alles was een beetje gedateerd. Ontbijt was goed. Locatie perfect beter de centrum binnen stad.

Great location, but in urgent need of renovation and a security audit.
Pros:

Location if perfect, between the old town and the jugendstil quarter. Underground parking available. Breakfast was excellent and staff generally helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are open to a central courtyard around the lobby and reception. This impacts the feeling of privacy.
The rooms and the general interior looks very old and not up to Radisson standards. In our room the wooden floor boards had curled up because of water damage. The plastic cover around the electricity box where you put the key card at the entrance fell off.

More seriously, on our first night around midnight a drunken man entered the lobby and we were woken up by shouts and the noise of a fight. Eventually the security guard could convince the intruder to leave, but he should have been stopped outside, before entering the building.
On the third night, all guests were entertained for one hour between 22.30 and 23.30 by a false fire alarm (loud beeping and occasional bell ringing). The explanation was that the steam coming out a guest's shower had caused a short circuit in one of the smoke detectors. Not very reassuring. During the whole crisis there was no communication with the guests, who observed the scene from their rooms around the central courtyard.

Pros:

Sijainti erinomainen, aamiainen normaalitasoinen hotelliaamiainen, kylpyhuoneessa oli sekä kylpyamme että suihku.

Cons:

Autotallista ei ollut hissiä ja tavaroiden kantaminen jyrkähköjä portaita pitkin respaan oli haastavaa.

Bra läge utanför gamla stan, och bra med tillgång till låst garage under hotellet. Sköna sängar, helt okej frukost.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage, leider in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, mit teils ausgefallenen Speisen auf hohem Niveau. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gut an das Bus- und Obusnetz angebunden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch wenn der Zustand gut ist, ist es für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse auffällig alt. Keine Steckdosen am Bett stehen exemplarisch.
