The bathroom shower had mould present & was gross
1 day our room wasnt made up & 2 days we had to ask for towels
The bathmat provided was stained & the towels were pool towels
The balcony needs repair - the fencing is unstable
1 lift was out of order
The staff do not speak English very well which made it difficult to communicate these things
The pool was dirty so we didnt swim in it
Wifi was unavailable most of the time
The security guards were rude to us about entering the property to access our room after checkin

I would also like to give a special appreciation to the trainees at the Front Office. They did a great job. They were friendly, polite, and very helpful during both our check in and check out process. Even though they are still in training, they really showed a good attitude and willingness to assist the guests.
The only small downside was the renovation work during our stay, which was a little bit disturbing at times. I also feel the linen quality could be given more attention, and when we arrived, there was no bathmat in the room.

It was beachfront and most of the time the beach was beautiful and great access to restaurants and bars
The pool always looked dirty and not inviting at all we used the beach club down the street as I wasn’t swimming in the pool we were there for 6 nights never saw anyone swimming looks murky where it should be blue such a shame as it’s a big pool and breakfast needs improving too many Indonesian dishes that didn’t look nice

The staff were friendly and attentive, the location was perfect for exploring Kuta and Mandalika. The atmosphere was relaxing, Great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Lombok.
I had a wonderful stay at Raja Hotel. The hotel is beautifully located, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Kuta Beach and other attractions in Mandalika.
The hotel has good potential, but there are several areas that need attention to provide a better guest experience. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
The room was not clean upon arrival. There was makeup and lipstick from someone else on the pillows, and the bed sheets were dirty.
The hotel gave us another room as an upgrade, but unfortunately it was in the same unacceptable condition as the previous one.
We checked in at 17:30 and immediately informed reception about the situation. They assured us we would receive an upgraded room. After a long trip, we went out for dinner and later returned to inspect the new room first. Sadly, there were stains everywhere and the bed sheets were still not clean at all.
Because of the disgusting hygiene conditions, we decided to check out and leave the hotel. I will never book this hotel again.
