فندق جميل جدًا ونظيف ومرتب، والغرف مريحة والأجواء هادئة، وكانت تجربة الإقامة رائعة.

وأخص بالشكر موظفة الاستقبال شهد السيف، كانت جدًا خدومة ومتعاونة وبشوشة، وساعدتنا بكل رحابة صدر، وكان لتعاملها الجميل أثر كبير في جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة.

أنصح بالفندق بكل تأكيد، وتجربة تستحق التكرار. 🤍

Every thing was great, Mr. Shahad was so nice ,and supportive.

Cons:

The receptionist did not explain the hotel facilities and services, such as the restaurant operating hours and other available amenities.

In addition, I was given a ground-floor room with an unpleasant smell. When I requested a room change, it was accepted reluctantly and in an unwelcoming manner, which negatively affected my stay experience.
