I couldn't like anything! Not after having issue after issue and being nice about it to turn around and be robbed! The facility to incidentals for nothing and I have proof but their GM is just as grimy. If you ready to be bamboozled and Robbed then go there
I didn't like that mostly everyone there had a problem and the management was not very helpful and then again being robbed having my money taken with false accusations is just absolutely absurd and ridiculous and unacceptable

The pool
The room was nice.
I was put in a room which was not the one we paid for. The receptionist charged me another $18.54 for some reason when the room should have been paid in full. The receptionist followed me to my room to ensure the door would unlock. Then called me a few minutes later telling me I owed another $120 and asked me to come down and pay it. I didn’t. In the morning, I was awakened by hammering which occurred for at least a half hour. When leaving, I told the receptionist (someone different) all that occurred. She couldn’t find my room because I was supposed to be in room 201, but I was in 220. The date leaving on the key “folder” indicted my departure was 4/16 when it was actually 4/14. The receptionist went back to talk to the manager twice, but the manager never came to speak to me directly. I was given a business card and instructed to email the screenshot of my bank statement indicating I paid the hotel an extra $18.54.
This hotel was amazing!! It was very clean, huge rooms, very friendly staff, nice pool, the continental breakfast was amazing and it is in a wonderful location and near tons of restaurants. We have already recommended this hotel to multiple family members.

Location perfect nestled between restaurants and grocery stores. Liked simple clean decor. Excellent environmental steps to reduce human impact. Breakfast best quality ever for hotel or even restaurant. REALLY liked hold not immediately charged for possible Incidentals (it takes a 5-10 days for refund to credit on my card). THE STAFF! EXCELLENT STAFF… EMMA at front desk, breakfast host too, every employee was helpful, friendly and courteous. Well done everyone!!
HVAC unit was a bit noisy. While we love dogs, was not comfortable with them being in hotel => is it possible to book a room that never had dog or cats?
