Nice room, breakfast was a major disappointment. No coffee.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed must need a new mattress. Both of us were stiff and sore in the morning.

Cons:

The breakfast was not supplied properly. There was no coffee. The eggs and ham were ice cold because they were not using a warming unit. ran out of forks and clean plates. The hot water was cold. The kitchen staff did not speak english and the desk clerk didn't seem to have much interest in helping out in that area. Never did get a cup of coffee. Ended up getting one elsewhere.

Nice room but terrible bed
Cons:

The bed was very very low with a very old saggy mattress. This was a disabled accessible room. This bed was so low that I , as a disabled person, couldn't get out of it. I had to call for help to get out of the bed.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Room was clean and a good size. Very convenient to Meijer Gardens. Lots of storage, nice kitchenette.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited and they didn't even have coffee or hot water. It seems their machine must have been broken. Not a good way to start our morning.

Very happy with them & would stay again.
Pros:

Everything was so clean & quiet. Staff were all so friendly. I would stay here again for sure!

Cons:

My only complain would be that the breakfast had a hard time keeping up with the demand. They ran out of clean plates & coffee both morning we were there.

Good location but disappointed with the service
Pros:

The location was great. The price was good for a one bedroom

Cons:

They seemed short on staff. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. The breakfast did not have a lot of offerings. We were charged twice for our stay and the property did not refund our erroneous charge. We had to get booking.com to contact them. We are still waiting on the refund.
