Quick one-night stay with friends. Staff was very friendly and room was amazing!
Pros:

New, clean, comfortable, large rooms, breakfast included.

Cons:

Neither of the waffle makers were working.

Pros:

Nice clean rooms and public spaces, staff friendly. Liked it but would recommend to others with the caveat that there could possibly be problems with breakfast.

Cons:

They were out of MOST breakfast items both days we stayed. Second day they were even out of forks. Someone wasn’t doing there job to stay ahead with ordering supplies so they don’t run out of things if there are delays in deliveries. Should give some kind of monetary discount.

Overall we were pleased with the hotel and staff and easy to get to from Meijer Gardens.
Cons:

It would be helpful if breakfast stayed open longer, my husband came down at 8:45 and not much left

Pros:

The room, beds and shower were nice, but in the cabinets were the prior guest discarded baby stuff.

Additionally, they have no quarters for laundry that only accepts quarters.
