Pros:

Nos alojamos un fin de semana y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal encantador. La zona de piscina y cócteles muy agradable. La habitación y baño muy cómodos y limpios. Aire acondicionado, cama y menaje perfectos.Situación muy céntrica.

Cons:

El baño olía un poco

por la mañana, aunque suele pasar en zonas de costa.

The place to stay in Cádiz!!

Estancia estupenda para finde gastronómico maravilloso!!
Pros:

El personal es muy profesional y amable, tanto del hotel como del restaurante.
La habitación muy confortable y tranquila.
Comimos en el restaurante y nos encantó.
La piscina y terraza muy agradables.

Cons:

La temperatura de los vinos para nuestro gusto, demasiado calor para servirlos a temperatura ambiente, faltaba frío!

Solo merece la pena la ubicación y es carísimo
Pros:

La ubicación : solo tiene eso el hotel

Cons:

1)pedí fruta me cobraron 15 € y eran tres plátanos medio pochos una naranja pasada y 2 kiwis
2) desayuno 15€ , completo pero exceso de caro , mucho mejor desayunamos fuera
3) sin puertas de armario en la habitación!

Surpassed all expectations
Pros:

This hotel was unexpectedly fabulous. The view of the cathedral was incredible, the pool rooftop was amazing, the service was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about it genuinely.

Hotel Olom May 2026
Pros:

Great location for exploring Cadiz old town.
The infinity pool was a real bonus, over looking the cathedral, exactly as shown on their website.
Friendly staff, who helped with a taxi to the station and stored our bags on our departure day.
They also didn't make a fuss when I accidently damaged a light fitting.

Cons:

There was an odour in the lobby as other reviews mentioned, but only in the lobby and certainly not in the rooms or restaurant. It's an old town, the sewers weren't built for the thousands of visitors in the 21 century.

Pros:

Localização em frente à catedral, perto de todos os pontos turísticos e da praia. Quarto excelente. Funcionarias espetaculares! Estacionamento no Parking subterrâneo a 500m.

Cons:

A cor vermelha é preta do hotel, banheiro preto, elevador preto. E uma sensação de escuridão . A recepção atende o hóspede na sala em frente. Não há espaço. O café da manhã vem direto da cozinha . Você escolhe o item e vem individualmente.

The location of this hotel doesn’t disappoint.
Pros:

The location and view is wonderful. Our room looked over the cathedral and square which was very quiet at night and in the morning. Breakfast was very good - high quality and excellent breakfast staff. We enjoyed the roof top bar and pool. We appreciated the WhatsApp message to let us know when our room was ready.

Cons:

There was very limited storage for clothes. We asked for more hangers which were provided. The record player took up space so was a gimmick when more space for clothes is needed. The roof top bar is great but they should serve beer and wine. We were able to get a beer but it was a favour. We would have benefited from more information about Cadiz from the staff on reception. They were friendly and v helpful when asked but we had to ask for a map and no offer to show us the key sights etc which we normally have in the hotels.,

A great place to stay
Pros:

Location was amazing, staff very very friendly and helpful ,lots of advice about what to do, room looked out on cathedral and was super clean. Great value for money.

Cons:

Very little, small points, whilst cocktail bar on roof is great it’s a shame it doesn’t sell beer or wine and occasionally there was some noise from people in the main square.

Lovely quirky hotel,very central to things
Pros:

Great room,comfortable bed,great helpful staff,lovely breakfast

Cons:

Definitely need better storage,we were there for 4 nights and really needed some drawers.
We loved the pool terrace and spent time relaxing during the day but this was spoilt by the “ music”.Far too loud for any conversation and wrong kind of music for the age group using the terrace during the day.

Las vistas a la catedral desde la piscina
La atención y profesionalidad del personal de recepción, (especialmente de Amada) y del personal que se encarga de la limpieza de las habitaciones
El agua filtrada de cortesía y los detalles personalizados, la calidad de los textiles
La ubicación, justo enfrente de la catedral.
Que haya personal en recepción 24 horas

Cons:

La poca tranquilidad en la piscina, con música demasiado alta y poco apropiada (desde nuestro punto de vista) para pasar una tarde tranquila leyendo o disfrutando de las vistas. Más bien parecía un after.
