Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Londynu! Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz.

The worst place in thirty years of traveling. A sanitary nightmare.

I have been traveling the world alone for thirty years and have stayed in thousands of properties: this is hands down the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life. I fled the next morning out of sheer desperation.

The apartment was in gruesome hygienic conditions: filth everywhere, an absurd amount of dust, animal hair scattered all over, and a sickening, unbearable odor that I didn't initially notice, as I had arrived in a hurry. The bathroom was a total nightmare, with the toilet bowl visibly soiled with urine. Staying here is a health hazard; I categorically advise anyone against it.

The worst part is that the owner, notified directly through Booking support, didn't even blink, refused to refund, and offered no solution whatsoever. Clearly, for him, this filth is completely normal, and he lacks even the slightest awareness of how to manage a property. STAY FAR AWAY!

Perfect
Pros:

If you need accommodation close to everything, this is the place for you. It's close to the main attractions and has two metro stations nearby. Great, very comfortable room and the host is very friendly! We'll definitely be back.

Pros:

Very good location (the heart of London).The owner is very nice and helpful, and the apartment is comfortable. Close to everything. I'd love to come back. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Limpio, cama cómoda, sábanas limpias.

Cons:

Es una habitación dentro del departamento del dueño, bastante pesado para responder las dudas de un viajero.
La habitación no cuenta con pestillo, quedando sin seguro al salir
Bastante caluroso, solo 1 ventilador que no refresca nada
El sonido del tren se escucha permanentemente.

Generally good value for money
Pros:

Clear instructions about the booking and generally the place was clean. Made welcome by the owner. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Cons:

It was hot, the fan provided wasn't great,, told the other one was broken and replacement was ordered..

Ok if just passing through
Pros:

Located just a few blocks from Victoria Station

Cons:

It is summer and the room is extremely hot. We were offered a fan that did not work and basically told to open the window. While the outside temp is cooler, the windows open from the bottom so there was zero airflow and the trains run just below all night. Needless to say we did not sleep for 2 days! Otherwise the apartment was clean and well located so weigh your options carefully!
