L’emplacement de l’hôtel et le personnel

Cons:

Lits inconfortables, chambres mals insonorisés, oreillers tout plat, lavabo bouché, restos pas top beaucoup d’aliments industriels comme les œufs brouillés et autres. Pas d’eau dans la chambre.

Pros:

A 50m da praia de cala galdana, hotel do estilo resort com animação musical diária mas que ainda assim consegue manter um nível de serviço muito bom. Staff muito simpático, serviço muito bem organizado, pequeno almoço variado e com produtos de qualidade. O estacionamento é público mas arranjar lugar não é muito difícil, basta fazer mais 100 ou 150m

A localização, muito perto da praia de Cala Galdana, a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, muito limpo e organizado, a comida também era de boa qualidade, tendo sempre carne e peixe grelhado.

Las paredes son de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, pero en realidad es difícil encontrar un hotel en el que no se escuche todo.

Fine for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Room was clean and bright. Bed was comfy and was pretty peaceful. I only stayed for a couple of nights and pleased it was a short stay. Very central and close to the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast was tasteless and very unappealing. The place feels like a bit of a holiday factory. The pool overlooks a bus stop and a car park.
Check in was laborious.

A restful stay, with everything close to hand.
Pros:

Close to everything yet quiet at night. All staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. And the apartment was serviced daily, which we didn't expect.

Cons:

Just very little things - couldn't reach the clothes hangers, no hook to hang clothes in the bathrooms, poor reception on the tv
