Enchantés de notre séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé : En plus de la plage de Cala Galdana, il est possible de rejoindre les criques de Cala Macarella et Cala Mitjana en 30 minutes à pied par des chemins forestiers.
Nous étions dans une chambre au 6ième et dernier étage avec une très jolie vue mer.
Les buffets sont très copieux et variés d'un jour sur l'autre : Petit déjeuner continental avec oeufs brouillés, saucisses, tomates, pommes de terre ou bien déjeuner classique avec muelsi, fruits secs, yaourt, pancakes cuits à la demande, et des fruits frais (Pastèque, melon d'Espagne, pamplemousse, ananas). Fontaines avec différents jus de fruits, café, chocolats, thé.
Il y a aussi une zone "Sans gluten".
Pour les repas du soir, il y avait toujours du choix entre plusieurs entrées, viandes et poissons. Les pâtisseries étant un peu trop sucrées à notre goût, nous nous sommes régalés avec les fruits frais et le grand choix de glaces.
Il est possible de se servir en eau à volonté à plusieurs fontaines dans le restaurant : l'achat de bouteilles d'eau n'est donc pas obligatoire, ce qui est un très bon point.
Les salles très bien climatisées étant un peu bruyantes, nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse extérieure, plus calme, suffisamment fraîche le soir et à l'ombre des stores le matin.
Dans le hall de l'hôtel il y a une caisse en bois où les vacanciers qui partent peuvent laisser des parasols, jouets de plages, fin de crème solaire, etc...pour les nouveaux arrivants (Merci pour le parasol).
Nous avons aimé les spectacles tous les soirs entre 21h30 et 23h00, nous offrant une animation agréable tout en finissant suffisamment tôt pour pouvoir nous reposer.
Nous avons aussi profité de cours d'aquagym, avec des animateurs sympathiques, dans la piscine le midi.
Il y a également de petits commerces à proximité pour acheter biscuits et boissons pour manger à la plage le midi.

Cons:

Franchement pas grand chose.
Un petit souci de grésillement de haut parleur pour les spectacles du soir qui a été résolu. Une coupure de courant un matin entre 6h et 8h, pas trop gênante.

Muito bem situado em relação a proximidade de praia, comércio e transportes e muita simpatia!
Pros:

A localização, a zona da piscina, a animação e a simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários em qualquer espaço do hotel.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos não era cuidadosa: A sanita, por exemplo, ficava visivelmente suja.
Os espaços fitness e sala de massagens precisam de remodelação pois são pequenos e sem ar condicionado e estava uma onda de calor quando fomos.

Localização perto da praia, e bastante central para visitar a ilha. Simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, em especial da Joana no restaurante e o Manuel na animação.

Fantastico!
Pros:

La camera standard molto carina, unica pecca nonostante avessi richiesto il letto matrimoniale, ci hanno dato una camera con due letti singoli attaccati, ma in compenso ci hanno dato una camera vista mare anziché la camera vista giardino prenotata. Il buffet della colazione e della cena abbondanti, vari e il cibo buono. Servizi e pulizia ottimi. La piscina è stata un valido svago belle ore di riposo in hotel. Posizione eccellente, intrattenimento curato e staff molto gentile!

Qualitá, gentilezza, pulizia e comodità di un hotel fantastico!
Pros:

L'hotel é fantastico: abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff, la qualità del cibo sia a colazione sia a cena, la pulizia e la posizione ottima.

In particolare, la prima sera abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera che ci hanno assegnato e il capo della reception Francisco ce l'ha risolta alla grande e per questo lo ringraziamo infinitamente!
Inoltre, a ogni richiesta rispondevano in modo esaustivo e gentile.

Il cibo é stato ottimo. La colazione era varia e buonissima: dai dolci al salato si mangiava di tutto come ciambelle, brioche, uova, bacon, pancake con Nutella e diverse marmellate.
A cena la musica non cambiava perché c'era veramente di tutto: paella (cambiava la tipologia ogni sera), riso, pasta, secondi (pesce e carne alla griglia), patate di tutti i tipi, frutta e verdure e dolci di qualità!
Per noi italiani che siamo esigenti é stata una vera bontà!

La pulizia era impeccabile: la stanza veniva pulita ogni giorno cosí come tutti gli spazi comuni e ti davano gli asciugamani per la piscina/mare su richiesta.

La posizione era comoda per girare diverse spiagge: a 3 minuti a piedi si trova la spiaggia di Cala Galdana che peró quando siamo andati noi non era limpida e pulita (probabilmente per le barche e correnti).

In generale, vorrei che questa recensione arrivi a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, pazienza e disponibilità di tutti!

Cons:

Un appunto per i pasti: si potrebbe evitare di sprecare diverso cibo riducendo le quantità ad esempio sui dolci (ad esempio, se prendo una fetta di torta da assaggiare ma non mi piace va a finire che lascio piu di metá fetta di dolce).

Pensavamo ci fosse piú animazione e invece alla sera a parte qualche esibizione di canto non c'era molto intrattenimento.

Cuscini un po' scomodi perché era poco alto per la testa.

Muy buen hotel con la mejor ubicación en Menorca
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de una cala divina, con todos los servicios. La pileta impecable y el personal excepcional. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva y lo resolvieron de manera extraordinaria!

The location and design of the apartment complex is excellent.

Cons:

The Minura Cala Galdana is four stars qualified, but all services is only in three stars ! The apartmans equipment, the breakfast, the services.... The bed springs creaked loudly with every movement. We have two TV but only one worked rarely. The water pressure was in the bidet is almost nothing. Hair dryer only worked when pressed strong with two hands. The quality of the juice and coffe in breakfast are very poor. The young staff in the dining room were just talking to each other.
The hotel hasn't parking place just public places are opposite the hotel. It's good for everyone to know that you can't find a parking space all day long in Cala Galdana!!! Much more cars than parking spaces !!!!!
The beach is overcrowded and the water isn't very clear.

A szállodàban mindenki nagyon barátságos kedves és segítőkész volt, a recepcióstól kezdve a poncerekig

Cons:

A szoba amit kaptunk a medence gépház felett volt így éjszaka a szivattyú zaját hallgattuk, a zajt bejelentettük mire felajánlottak egy másik apartmant. Végül úgy döntöttünk hogy maradunk, sajnos a szállodának nincs közvetlen tenger partja illetve nagyon kevés a zöld felülete, a medence partján is pokoli meleg volt. Kültéren egyedül a tengerparton a fák alatt volt elviselhető a meleg
