الشعب الأردني عامة وستاف الفندق خاصة اذهلوني بأخلاقهم وتواضعهم ، موقع الفندق قريب جدا من تاج مول وستاربكس وبعض المطاعم لكن الوصول إليهم يحتاج إلى لياقة عالية 😁 الفندق على مرتفع والمول بالاسفل .. قهوة زيتونة ملاصقة للفندق الاكل طيب لكن تعامل واحدة من الستاف كان سيء .. والغرفة شرحة جدا

عازل الصوت في الفندق ضعيف .. وصوت اغلاق الابواب للغرف المجاورة عالي جدا جدا .. الوسادة نوعيتها غير جيدة تسبب آلام بالرقبة

موقع الفندق متميز حيث يقع في منطقة عبدون وقريب من المواقع الرئيسية والسياحية في عمان مثل بوليفارد العبدلي ووسط البلد وغيرها، وكذلك توفر الخدمات حوله، كذلك أشكر طاقم الضيافة والاستقبال في الفندق وبالاخص الأستاذ محمد والأستاذ علي كانوا متعاونين جدا في اختيار الغرف التي تتناسب مع احتياجاتي واحتياجات عائلتي، وكذلك خدمة الغرف والنظافة
أنصح بالفندق لمن لديه عائلة ويتطلع لإقامة استثنائية

Great team work, cleaned, food outstanding
Pros:

I especially loved the warm welcome from the reception staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job, and the hotel was always clean and well-maintained.

I would like to especially thank Mohamed at the reception and Aref from the housekeeping team. Both of them were exceptional, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable.
