La alberca techada en hacienda

Cons:

Que la habitación que elegimos en booking no estaba disponible y al llegar al hotel el recepcionista no nos lo dijo claramente nos mando a tres habitaciones diferentes que no correspondían al precio pagado hasta que nos dijo que no tenían disponibilidad de la que pagamos

Que poca etica
Cons:

No me gusto que pague mas cara la habitacion por tener tina de hidromasaje jacuzzi y no funciono por mas q lo reporte no lo pudieron arreglar pague casi 300 dlls mas que por un cuarto normal y no lo disfrute nunca sirvio y no me regresaran mi dinero

La alberca muy cochina parecia nata, no hay sombras en el area de la alberca, casi no hay plantas..tanto cemwnto sin sombrillas es muy incomodo. La comida muy mala.

No vale la pena.
Pros:

Excelente servicio por parte de los meseros en el área de playa/alberca, y el buffet está muy rico siempre.

Cons:

El resto del servicio pésimo, nunca tuvieron toallas para entregarnos, nunca pudimos reservar en los restaurantes por que dan preferencia a los extranjeros.

El sitio ideal para vacaciones en familia

La variedad de comida y eventos disponibles.

Cons:

Que el restaurante mexicano tuviese que estar en otro alojamiento, así como el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, ya que se escuchaba todo y no pude descansar muy bien por los gritos y portazos de los niños.
