Pros:

Posizione buona nonostante sia al di fuori del quartiere musulmano di Xi'An, personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Camera bella e spaziosa

Pros:

Отличный отель! Все понравилось! Ежедневная смена полотенец, вынос мусора, туалетные принадлежности, вода. Через день - смена постельного белья. Отзывчивый персонал. Вайфай работал хорошо. Удобно расположен. Рядом парк и Пагода диких гусей. Музыкальный фонтан. От метро ( Dayanta) 15 минут пешком.

Cons:

Все понравилось.

Очень рекомендую для путешествующих в Сиань.
Pros:

Прекрасное атмосферное место! Все рядом - метро, рестораны, исторические места! Прекрасные завтраки, очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда готовы помочь.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, próxima da Pagoda e de muitos restaurantes. Quarto confortável.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço era adequado mas a comida não era reposta a partir das 9h, então se fôssemos um pouco mais tarde não tínhamos tanta coisa disponível.

Very happy to stay in this hotel, price is very competible.
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean.
Staff are nice, friendly and helpful.
The check out time is 2pm.
The breakfast is delicious and have a lot of choices.
About 10 min walking to the nearby subway station.

Cons:

The smoke smell on the hallway. I guess some guests smoked caused it.

Overall good stay but rated lower due to limited breakfast options and cigarette smoke smell.
Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay at Campanile Hotel in Xian. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient. The reception staff were very helpful and always tried their best to assist us, even though their English was quite limited.
The only downsides were the breakfast buffet, which could definitely use more variety and better options, and the noticeable cigarette smoke smell throughout the hallways. Guests were smoking casually near the rooms despite the clear no-smoking signs, which was disappointing. Because of this, we’re rating the hotel a little lower than we otherwise would have. Still, it was a solid choice for our time in Xian.

Pros:

Отель очень понравился, в нем тихо, после 23.00 вообще будто комендантский час наступает, хороший отзывчивый персонал, заселили с утра пораньше, тк прилетели совсем рано и смогли отдохнуть после ночного полета, за это прям отдельное огромное спасибо, плюс помогли заказать такси до аэропорта. Уборка каждый день, питьевой воды не жалели. Номер большой , хорошая кровать, диван, хороший душ.Местоположение не далеко от пагоды диких гусей, до метро минут 20 пешком, рядом несколько автобусных остановок.

Cons:

Очень скудный завтрак для европейца
Чтобы включить свет в туалете, нужно включить его обязательно в коридоре, это неудобно, странная система, идёшь ночью в туалет и будешь светом своего спутника.
Больше минусов не увидели

A perfect stay, best location!
Pros:

The suite room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I really enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with them. They have excellent service.. The location is close to malls and close to restaurants and other amenities. This hotel has available buffet breakfast and loved to taste different menus. I also loved their coffee shop.

Cons:

Some staff couldn't speak and understand English well, but we survived because we used the translator app.

Pros:

Great location. Good staff. Breakfast OK.

Cons:

Walls very thin. A fair bit of noise. If using DiDi put in the address rather than the hotel name on booking.com. We ended up at an old closed down hotel of the same brand. This must have happened before as there were a couple of suspicious characters hanging around offering us accommodation.
