Under renovation. Why won't hotels share this information? Can you give me a discount for the inconvenience? Beds were hard. The king bed + sofa really doesn't fit 3 adults. I was shocked that no one came in to give us clean towels or make the bed while we were out during the day.

Parts of hotel were literally under construction. I had to walk over drywall pieces and dust to get to my room. None of this was mentioned anywhere. Also booking.com is becoming a joke. I was charged for hotel by them on a pay at location reservation and then charged again at the hotel because they never received funds paid booking.com. Then had to file a problem complaint which took over 1/2 hr. Only to be told charges were correct. Really? Being charged twice (double) is correct???

Totally disappointed. We are loyal Marriott customers. This hotel was under renovations and we were put into the oldest room on the property which was in horrible condition. We had to walk through the construction to get to the room. It was horrible.
Great location in the heart of Old Mill in Bend. Parking included which is a bonus. Staff was extremely friendly to both myself and my dog. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!
