Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El transporte al centro histórico.

Cons:

El servicio de alguna parte del personal del comedor. A pesar de tener el desayuno incluido el primer día tuvimos inconvenientes con este, fue solucionado pero fue incomodo el momento.

Que el transporte solo sea de ida, deberían tener la opción de coordinar la recogida para regresar al hotel.

terrible!!!!! se oye todo entre las habitaciones!!! literal todo lo q hablan como será q no pudimos dormir xq en la habitación de al lado los ronquidos de dos personas nonos dejaron dormir!!!!

I loved the environment, the helpfulness of the staff, clean facilities, and overall experience.

Cons:

breakfast was a little expensive compared to neighboring restaurants. Understand that this is a luxury experience, but the quality of the food did not justify the margin of difference in the restaurant pricing.
