We enjoyed our stay at this place. The host were great with communication.

Location was perfect, less than a minute walk and you are already at High Street.

The rooms were clean, and all essential amenities were provided. I have been to other accommodation, does not provide bath floor mat and only supply one toilet roll. Regardless of the days you are staying. Which to be honest I find that really annoying.

Bath towel, face towel, bath floor mat are all provided. There were a fan as well which was a pleasant surprise. WiFi password is right on the back of the door, clever way to display and easy for everyone.

We would definitely book this accommodation again when we are next in Cheltenham.

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Zunächst wollten wir nur 2 Nächte in Cheltenham und in der Unterkunft bleiben. Da wir uns aber so wohl gefühlt haben und in die Gegend verliebt haben, sind wir länger geblieben.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe der städtischen Einkaufsstraßen und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. In dem Haus befinden sich mehrere Zimmer unterschiedlicher Größe. Unserer war nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend für uns zu zweit.

Die Caretaker des Hauses waren allzeit hilfsbereit und kümmerten sich umgehend um Probleme, wenn sie auftraten.

Darüber hinaus erhielten wir tolle Tipps, was im Umland unternommen werden kann!

Convenient, comfy, and great host.
Pros:

The location was brilliant and very convenient. The host was excellent with communication, prompt and friendly. I could easily get in contact and I received fast replies.
The property was very clean and the beds were super comfy!
Full use of the shared kitchen which was also very clean. Lots of amenities nearby for whatever needs. There was also a taxi company over the road and a lot of shops and places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Outside step was loose, which wasn't the best when trying to get in and out of the property with heavy luggage and mobility issues.
Bedroom itself, also lightly smelt of cigarettes, however there were thorough, clear signs of strictly no smoking or vaping so I am assuming that unfortunately past lodgers have not adhered to the rules. Nothing else or any other area smelt of cigarettes at all, including our beds and bedding, only the room itself.

Verry awsome service
Pros:

Our host- Candice is very nice and enthusiasm to help you with the problems, don't hesitate to contact her directly by whatsapp or by call. 10/10 for the service and warm welcome.

Cons:

The C room on top will be verry hot in the summer, so take care of yourself while you come around this time. Suitable for you if you going out all the day and back at night. The winter is better.
