A useful location if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, otherwise a bit basic
Pros:

The location was excellent for travel in central London. There are several Tube stations within 10 minutes' walk. The shared bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries.

Cons:

The room was a basement room with a window onto street level above. There was room for one single bed with a pull-out, which pretty-much filled the floorspace once deployed. There was very little airflow, requiring the window to be opened, which in turn meant traffic noise was regular and loud throughout the night. Thankfully my son and I had noise cancelling airpods!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The host was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable. The accommodation was very homely and comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I felt well looked after throughout my stay and would happily stay here again.

Must recommended to anyone looking for place to stay in central london
Pros:

Everything was awesome! The place truly felt like home. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made such a good breakfast every morning. One of the warmest stays I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting — definitely worth booking again!

For the price, I’d say you would be pushed to find better for access to central London. The host was very welcoming and

Excellent location . Just a few minutes walk from Goodge St Station (only 2 stops from Euston)
It was clean spacious and the bedroom and bathroom were separated from the rest of the house.

Cons:

Nothing, really.🤔 Everything was fine and as you would expect.

Best stay and best location!
Pros:

The host Karina was so lovely and welcoming. The house was clean, warm and bright. The bathroom was beautiful and could not fault anything. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm down, and will try the breakfast next!

Cons:

small lamp near headboard of bed as was very dark when turning the light off next to the bedroom door. But this is a very very minor thing.

Excellent, comfy&cosy family home with heart that I would always recommend others to stay with.
Pros:

The host and lovely family were most inviting and caring for all my (extra) needs that needed attention, as my cabin bag had been swapped and I was without any nightgown, toothbrush or telephone charger. All was taken care off in such a heartful way. All amenities like water heater for tea&coffee was provided. Sadly I was unable to enjoy their breakfast as I had to leave very early for my flight out. I would certainly come back to this excellent home, where you are taken care off as if you were a long time friend paying a visit. On top you can ask the host for a private yoga session, if this is something you always wanted to try.

Cons:

There is nothing that I disliked!
