Pros:

La cama era cómoda, buena conexión wifi. Limpio.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, lejos de los sitios de interés, el desayuno solo era comida japonesa pues no hay nada para los turistas occidentales.

Freundliches Personal, grosse Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist für Japan gross, sodass zwei Koffern geöffnet werden können.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, es hat lediglich einen Bus zum Hotel. Taxis sind jedoch sehr erschwinglich.

Es hat nur 2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner dazu. Das war Problem ist, dass einige Gaste das Gefühl haben sie sind alleine, wodurch Trockner mehrmals hintereinander verwendet werden oder die Wäsche länger in den Maschinen rumliegt.

Good value for money and centrally located.
Pros:

Centrally located, just 2 kms or so from Kyto railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Considering that i am a vegetarian and dont eat even eggs, the breakfast met my expectations. Plenty of nice eateries closeby and needless to say, 7/11s etc.

Cons:

I have no complaints.
