Convenient, clean, safe.
Pros:

I like that it is conveniently located in the heart of myeongdong shopping street! It is a short 4 minutes walk to the metro station, at exit 6 of myeongdong. The hotel is easy to locate, shops and restaurants just below the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like that the check-in time is stated at 3pm, and i was only be able to check in at 330pm because the room is "not ready". I reached the hotel at 1pm, stored my luggage at the concierge, was told to come back around 230. Front service staff then passed me a hair serum, as a service recovery for the late check in. I appreciate that but the hotel should look into this too.

Ottima posizione e personale gentile. Lo consiglierei, ma sceglierei una camera con finestra reale.
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, nel cuore di Myeongdong, con la metropolitana, negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi. La colazione era buona e con diverse specialità tipiche coreane. La camera era pulita e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L’unica vera sorpresa è stata scoprire che la camera non aveva una finestra vera. C’era una finta finestra con una luce artificiale dietro, cosa che non ci aspettavamo.

Location, Location, and Location⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

The location,close to Myeong-dong station,Seoul Tower and all the shops and food stalls right outside the door. Helpful staff, nice and clean rooms.

Cons:

Very Small rooms, we had booked with a window, but chose one without, as the rooms were a bit larger, and we were staying there for 2 weeks, ok breakfast, but the same every morning.
