Delicious waffles for breakfast! The staff were incredibly friendly and informative - and for Japan, the room was actually reasonably sized. Very good size bathroom, too, with a huge shower! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a cosy and wonderful stay at 9 Hotel Tenjin. My friend and I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, which, although compact, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout our visit. It quickly became my cosy little home away from home during my time in Fukuoka.

What I appreciated most about the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and tranquil compared to busier areas such as Tenjin and Hakata, yet it is far from inconvenient. Many excellent restaurants, cafés, and attractions are within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter atmosphere.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private sauna, which hotel guests can reserve for ¥3,000. The facility was immaculate, well maintained, and wonderfully relaxing. It provided a blissful and therapeutic experience, perfect for solo travellers or couples seeking a peaceful moment of rest and rejuvenation.

I would highly recommend 9 Hotel Tenjin to solo travellers, friends travelling together, and couples alike. It offers comfort, hospitality, and a relaxing retreat in a convenient location.

Персонал чудесный и отзывчивый, мы каждое утро приходили за вафлями и кофе. Когда мы попросили второе одеяло в номер, потому что замерзли, нам его любезно принесли в номер.
У нас наверно слишком чуткий сон, не сразу привыкли к тому, что окна номера выходят на небольшую улицу, но на ней слышно машины и веселые компании вечером. Но в целом все хорошо, номер небольшой, но милый и чистый.

Petit déjeuner gratuit, simple mais efficace. Chambre très propre et personnel accueillant. Le sauna (en option) est également un bon plus pour le lieux.
