Pros:

Zona tranquilla, c’è un ristorante sotto casa che fa musica live ma finiscono presto, quindi a noi non ha dato fastidio. La stanza è molto accogliente e ha tutto quello che serve. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha messo del lemongrass fresco in camera per tenere lontane le zanzare, che comunque non abbiamo avuto. Quando ha piovuto troppo, siamo andate nel ristorante letteralmente opposto all’appartamento dove fanno cibo buonissimo e a prezzo ancora ragionevole. Consigliatissimo!

A fantastic location with a lot of charm and soul!!great home for a trip to Saigon.
Pros:

We loved the location, a charming house with pretty dark wood furniture in a super cool area with tons is cafes and excellent proximity to so many of District 3’s highlights. The personal touches in the rooms—the charming children’s paintings, the toys, the books—made it feel like a home with character and backstory. Also, the manager of the property was excellent at staying in touch and being flexible with room arrangements. I also loved to read in the rocking chair on a rainy afternoon, to write at the wide desk, and to watch the world wake up from the balcony.

Cons:

While we really enjoyed the room arrangement, its facing out onto the street and its not quite right seal on windows and balcony door allowed mosquitoes and noise. But with earplugs, I slept just fine.

Excellent séjour à Saigon dans une belle demeure
Pros:

Le charme de la chambre, avoir un petit frigidaire eg des bouteilles d’eau régulièrement. Chambre avec climatisation

Cons:

Avec la chaleur de la ville il fait souvent prendre un grab pour aller aux différents lieux touristiques

I thought it was a decent place to stay and I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Sgn.
Pros:

No breakfast included. Coffee shops nearby so was able to get food and drink. Nice big room with kitchen. The staff was just a kid who could not do much for you. Other than that the staff was someone remote who you dealt with through WhatsApp.

Cons:

Some construction going on while I was there but other than that it was fairly quiet and in a relaxed part of Saigon.

We were happy.
Pros:

Good location. We booked two rooms and the Larger room was very spacious.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. One of them was Large with balcony and the other one was a bit smaller, no balcony and the small room had quite hard bed. Larger room had nice and comfortable bed.

Bonne chambre à louer sans réception
Pros:

- le quartier est un peu plus calme que le centre
- la déco est assez joli
- la petite dame qui nous accueille est mignonne
- bonne communication avec la gerante (whatsapp)

Cons:

Attention, il ne s’agit pas d’un veritable hotel mais plutot d’une chambre à louer avec self check-in et clé dans une boite.
Pas reception ni de personnel sur place
Les photos sont plutot flatteuses par rapport à la réalité.

Charming tumbly honest home in a great location surrounded by great cafes and restaurants in walking distance to sights.
Pros:

I don’t like modern high rise hotels much prefer properties with character and this place has it in spades. Charming a little tumble down place. Our room was large and spacious with a kitchen, big shower room all very clean.

Cons:

I thought it charming and full of character. Not luxurious but honest and good value.

I really enjoyed my stay and I’m grateful to have met the owner and now I consider them a friend!

I loved everything about the property! The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and very clean and comfortable for my stay.
