Pros:

Localização perfeita, próximo à mercadinhos, restaurante e orla. Microondas e itens para cozinhar, inclusive máquina para lavar roupas. Perfeito!

Cons:

Serviço de limpeza. As vezes eles limpavam o quarto, as vezes não.

Walking distance to Cape Town marathon start
Pros:

The apartment was modern, had all facilities a marathoner could need before the race, and was only 1,8km from the Cape Town marathon start line on the Beach road.

Cons:

I wanted to prolong my stay but the apartment wasn’t available, I had to move out ant check-in again.

Overall the stay was good, staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Very clean the deco was perfect.

Cons:

The noise from the gym, I wasn’t happy when I was woken up by it. Especially when also the noise time is 8am - 10pm. Maybe they can move the gym times or move the gym to the deck maybe not amongst the rooms.

Uncomfortable stay. Worst experience ever

The place is at the good location

Cons:

The place was very tiny for two people to stay comfortably. The host was not very responsive at all, I asked for an extra blanket because the place was too cold and the aircon was not working. The extra blanket never came. We had to check out two days before our plans. Paid for those two days for no service. There were cockroaches in the room.

The perfect seaside city escape
Pros:

The location makes it the perfect place to stay. The cafes, restaurants and shops are all walkable. Minutes away from the Sea Point promenade.

We enjoyed our stay as it met all our requirements for the trip.
Pros:

The facilities are very nice, lovely building, room has all the necessary utilities needed. The supply of tea and coffee was next level! The selection of options on the TV was also excellent.

Cons:

The aircon chiller plant of the building next door was rather noisy especially during the night. Street noise was also high at night. The areas around the building was not very nice and one did not want to venture outside after dark.
A cutting board in the kitchen area would be a nice addition.
