Beautiful, clean rooms, lovely owners and staff, and generous communal amenities.
Pros:

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The communal amenities were lovely, with great tea and coffee selections, and the table tennis was a fun touch! Most of all, the owners and staff were all incredibly friendly and generous with their time.

Restful and pleasant.
Pros:

Excellent for my friend with a disability, accessible bathroom. Group/shared area outside was a great space. Shared kettle and microwave a good use of resources. The manager was a lovely young woman, very understanding when I had booked incorrectly and turned up a week early!

Cons:

The kitchen facilities were a little smelly. I am sure people would take advantage of it by removing things like knives that actually cut.
