Aussi mon enfant c’est blessé dans votre hôtel ,il y a un metal en fer dans votre piscine qui a blessé mon enfant il y avais pas de sécurité pour mon enfant à cause de ça mon enfant a beaucoup saigné et votre hôtel a rien fais

Phong rộng sạch se, co bồn tắm spa lớn, ngâm rất thoai mái

Cons:

phong minh co phong khách va phong ngủ, ma may lanh chỉ co ngoai phong khách nen trong phong ngủ nóng, moi lan di ra ngoai trở ve đợi rat lâu phong mới mát len dc, ks nen khắc phục viec nay, voi đồ ăn ở đây ít món va ko ngon lắm

Less traffic due to the Festival at the city center! This hotel is a distance from the center.

Cons:

Receptionists are not friendly. They provided support, but did not give me the feeling of hospitality. There were no smile at all. The AC in the room was not set at Auto mode. It switched off every 2hrs. The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment. It did not have lots of selection. The rambutan fruits had lots of rotten fruits. They were old and not fresh. The lights in the hallway had very low deam. It created unsafe vibe. Very disappointment stay!

Pros:

Khách sạn gần biển, đi lại tiện lợi.

Cons:

Sảnh khách sạn hỗn loạn. Buffet sáng ko hấp dẫn. Hành lang khách sạn có thảm tối màu, ánh sáng ko đủ nên cảm giác tối tăm. Sàn toalet bị đọng nước. Khăn tắm ố màu. Máy lạnh mở rất lâu mới làm lạnh được.

Wir glauben, das Hotel ist schlichtweg zu gross, und das Management mit der Menge Gäste überfordert.
Oder nicht an Verbesserungen interessiert.
Bei der Anmeldung wurde und der Schlüssel ohne weitere Instruktionen ausgehändigt. Das Zimmer roch sehr streng, und man konnte praktisch nicht lüften. Wir trafen einige Sachen an, welche in einem 5-Stern Hotel einfach nicht passieren dürfen : Nachttischlampe war defekt, und die "Ersatzlampe" vom Schreibtisch ebenso. Der Föhn konnte nicht eingesteckt werden, in der Dusche keine Ablage für Duschgels etc.
Das Frühstücksbuffet gefiel uns nicht. Zu laut, zu hektisch. Zu viele Menschen.
Beim auschecken sprachen wir den Vertreter des Managers auf die diversen Punkte an und er meinte, einige der Sachen hätten auch schon andere Gäste erwähnt....
Wir würden definitiv nicht mehr kommen. Sorry.
