Overall it was ok since it was close to all restaurants and ferry ride. Not coming back though.

Close to the beach and walking distance to everything

Cons:

A little dusty. Needed to wipe down surfaces and towels had black spots. Charging cellphones and iPad was a challenged since the outlets were either loose or not working. We needed to unplugged microwave/fridge/tv to use the working outlet. It also tripped the outlet at the bathroom. No pool available since it was under construction. But no working staff noted doing the repairs. Needed to use the next door hotel pool if we wanted to enjoy the pool.

Cons:

Lack of towels and toliet paper we were able to get in a timely manner. Would kg been nice if your Waterpark was open. We did go to one kf the other ones. The bed/pillows were not the best.

Pros:

Well they didn't have breakfast and they barely had a coffee pot in the office.The view was AMAZING

Cons:

Mattress were stiff as board and for 150 bucks a night I'd like to at least be comfortable. They have a balcony but there's nothing to sit on

One night stay for $185 ( October) is little too expensive.
Pros:

Good location. Nice lake view.

Cons:

Hallway and stairways are dirty ( a lots of leaves). Bathroom was not clean up of this time.

When we told front desk she said “oh thats really unfortunate looks like the room didn’t get cleaned” and didnt help us at all

Pros:

Everything was really good and clean the lake view was very nice but the only thing I would say there is no elevators to the third or second floor. Which was very tiring having to go up the third floor with a big bag and kids and no elevator. But overall, the stay was great

Waking up to the waterfront room

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean had hair and stains on the back of the door, the TV did not work other than to turn off and on and up and down. They say they have a water park they do but it's closed down you have to go 4 hotels down, and online it states they have a hot breakfast and they didn't have any breakfast.
