We had good time .overall good stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly!we arrived at 2:00 and they gave us a ready room in highest floor.the room was updated but the coffee maker was still full of coffee from last guests.the bathtub was not clean also the bedsheets still have hairs.location was great.close to everything .beach was very good and private.

It was ok behide the toilet was black mold shower curtains need to be washed rather than that it was OK

Cons:

Didn’t get to stay the second night the smoke from Canada was really bad at our parents that were in their 70s had to leave. Try to get some money back for having to leave and they would not work with me on getting some money back even a little would’ve been nice.

Poor management decision to save some money
Pros:

The location was great and close to everything. The rooms were decent for the price we paid for.

Cons:

The management said that they would not do any room service if we don't stay there for atleast 4 nights. We stayed there for 3 nights and so no room services. This was never in the booking or said it anywhere.

I liked that it was beachfront

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. The room was not clean. The people above us were very loud all through the night.There was no water park it was under construction.

Fifth floor stairs were kinda brutal but totally worth it!!

Ladies at the front desk was friendly and the location was great

Cons:

Parking sucked, room was dirty with mole in the bathroom, couldn't close thr screen door to the patio cause there was a big rip at the bottom so bugs came in. I called the front desk cause I didn't have a remote for the TV, mantaince came by and he ask me about the TV told him I only needed a remote, yeah he never came back. The wifi really sucked. The place smelled like weed. Neighbors upstairs stomped on the floor dog barking all night.
