نرجو مراجعة حقوق العملاء
Pros:

الفندق ممتاز من حيث النظافة والمرافق ومساحة الغرفة ومشتملاتها رائعة تسمح باقامة اطول مثل ميكروويف وبوتجاز كهربائي وماكينة قهوة(وكبسولات) وتوستر وطبعا سخان المياه للشاي
والاثاث فيه جمال في التصميم والتفاصيل

Cons:

بوفيه الافطار جيد مناسب لحجم الفندق
وللاسف في موقف غير طيب مع الاستقبال طلبنا منهم تحضير وجبة افطار لليوم الثاني(سفري) لان موعد طائرتنا في الثامنة صباحا ومشينا 5:30ص قبل موعد البوفيه المشمول في السعر المدفوع، وكان ممكن يجهزو اي شيء بسيط
لكن الموظف الصباحي قال هيرد علينا وما رد
اما الموظف الاخر المداوم مساء الى الفجر رفض تمام بدون تفكير

مع اني اعلم ان هذا من البروتوكول المعروف في الفنادق انه اذا العميل عنده رحلة في موعد الوجبة اذن الفندق بيجهز وجبة بديلة

لكن ما تناقشنا معهم ما في وقت فقط نبهنا للطلب قبله بيوم مرتين وقوبل بالرفض
