Welcoming staff and clean/functional premises
Pros:

Clean and functional. Staff at reception, bar and cleaning staff were all very professional, friendly and welcoming

nice food, great staff , crap room .. 14 quid to park!
Pros:

breakfast was great

Cons:

room has no sockets bedside.. only 1 set in room. no air con, it has a wall mounted heater and a plug in fan in the corner, we used the fan but then we couldn’t charge phones because… one working socket. felt like a room stuck in the 90s. also £14 to park!!

Good value for money but on balance we will be going back to the Premier Inn for reliable mattress and aircon and better
Pros:

Good location and a warm reception on arrival. Size of room was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Mattress was too soft and no aircon and too noisy near the road to open the window. Bar area was limited and small menu. Expensive bottle of wine.

Hotel OK but could do with some TLC
Pros:

Room was spacious
Helpful and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel

Cons:

Intermittent power issues. All lights turned on and off (including table lamp) at some point whilst powered on.
Not enough pressure in the shower.
Floor 2 button only worked in one lift. You had to either walk up/down a floor or send the lift with broken floor 2 button to floor 3 then call the other lift to be able to get to floor 2.
Breakfast a bit of a nightmare. Too busy for the amount of people wanting to use. Queueing for a while and then queueing for food once given a table.
Price not the cheapest for what you got either.

Pros:

Nothing about this place was good. Cheap horrible outdated room. Broken hairdryer. Filthy carpeting. But the staff was as pleasant as they could be..

Cons:

They advertised close to the airport with shuttle service. Waited 4o minutes for the shuttle, plus you had to pay for it.

Staff and food were alright.

Cons:

Lift button was missing and broke which is dangeorus, WiFi did not work which is what I came for to use for work overall not a pleasant stay.
