De locatie en het personeel.

De accommodatie ligt letterlijk aan het strand. Voor westerse begrippen bijna onvoorstelbaar voor deze prijs. De kamer was brandschoon en de airco heerlijk koud. Prima en betaalbaar ontbijt en vooral een ontzettend vriendelijke staf die van ’s ochtends vroeg tot ’s avonds voor je klaarstaat. Parkeren kan gratis achter het hek op eigen terrein en er zijn fietsen beschikbaar. Ook het zwembad is schoon en goed onderhouden. Eigenlijk kan het niet veel beter. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en tegelijkertijd een goede uitvalsbasis voor León, Cerro Negro en de omgeving.
De loungemuziek van verschillende accommodaties langs het strand werkt soms tegen elkaar in. Daar zouden onderling eigenlijk betere afspraken over gemaakt moeten worden, want uiteindelijk verliest iedereen. Daarbij moet ik wel zeggen dat El Belga Loco de muziek juist zacht houdt en duidelijk rekening houdt met de buren. Het ligt dus zeker niet aan deze accommodatie.
Mooie plek direct aan het strand. Genoeg plekken om lekker te liggen/zitten en het zwembad is heerlijk! Kamers zijn groot en schoon. Eten is lekker en personeel is heel vriendelijk en wil je graag helpen. Zeker een aanrader

We thought the outdoor furniture could be a lot more comfortable. The environment is so relaxing and amazing but the chairs could use cushions.

Very nice property where everything is accessible. The hosts are very kind and willing to answer all of your questions. The staff is helpful. It feels like a mini resort!

Splendid outdoor facilities and cheap prices. Good A/C. Service and pool available also in the late evenings. Ability to loan bikes for free. Safe environment, good location. You are met with a long list of rules on arrival, which may give a strict first impression, but it soon becomes clear that the service is very friendly and the rules for the benefit of the average traveller.
The property was open for daypasses until 6-7 pm. This seems to benefit locals in a good way and is an understandable business decision. The pool was particularly popular and was a bit more crowded in the afternoon due to this. This was only a mild inconvenience, but the only slight negative I can think of.

Een warm welkom toen we aankwamen. We konden al snel naar de kamers toe. Heerlijk die airco. Schone en ruime kamer! Lekker zwembad en uitzicht op de zee. De volgende dag een rondje gefietst die we bij de hostel konden lenen. We hebben genoten!
