Beautiful Property but Disappointing Breakfast Setup"
I recently stayed at this premium property and had a wonderful time exploring the hotel. The infrastructure is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the overall hospitality of the staff is commendable. Everything on the property feels high-end.
However, the breakfast experience was a major letdown. For a hotel of this stature, we were highly disappointed to find no breakfast buffet available. Instead, they only offered a very limited a-la-carte menu selection. The options were few, and the execution lacked the premium quality you expect from such a property. A good breakfast buffet is a basic standard for high-end hotels, and not having one completely dampened the morning experience.
I hope the management reviews this and considers setting up a proper buffet for their guests. While the property itself is excellent, the breakfast setup definitely needs a major upgrade.

Pros:

Breakfast didnt have good amount of choice . South indian menu can be improved and choice of menu items should be changed every day. if someone stays for 3 to 4 days, they cant eat the same thing every day.

i loved the room, cleanliness and room service. Facilities and arrangements were providedas requested.

Cons:

Everything went fine till the check out date. They made a mess of the billing and delayed it so much that we have had to rush back to the airport. Though I informed them the need for billing on time, i even cross checked the invoices in the morning. but when i was checking out, they delayed it for half an hour...thay was surprisingly shocking.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly accommodating to our early arrival and it was perfectly located for our needs. Very clean

Cons:

My room may have been a smoking room previously as there was a stale smoke smell that emerged when locked up and the geyser was small resulting in 1 minute hot shower but overall it was excellent.
