Pros:

The bed was great, just the shared bathroom was not to my liking, but that's why it was so cheap, only stayed one night, friendly bar staff.

Cons:

Just having to nip down the hall to the bathroom to use it or brush your teeth etc, I booked it knowing it was a shared bathroom but when you have to wait 30 mins for a pee it loses it charm

Room 4 had no internet available on the tv to use the channels

Einfache Zimmer - gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Einfaches Hotel. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen; für Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber in Ordnung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Pub im Haus, keine Gastro.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir kein WLAN und konnten auch den TV auf den Zimmern nicht nutzen. Personal zeigte sich hier aber sehr entgegenkommend, haben dann einfach im Pub das Fußballfinale geschaut :-).

Pros:

Small hotel above a pub in Leuchars. Perfectly lovely place to be for the weekend. Check in with someone behind the bar and you're good to go. There is a kitchen facility for the use of all guests, as well as a very good iron and ironing board.

Pros:

The no frills character of the property and the honest way in which the property is presented. This is more like an upmarket hostel with bar than its name suggests. We thought it great value for money

Good value for an overnight stopover in Fife.
Pros:

Comfy bed, big fan in the room - absolutely necessary, as it was very warm & the windows couldn't be opened. Very kind & friendly staff.
I asked for a glass of wine from the bar & it was perfectly chilled & incredibly cheap!!

Cons:

Having a shared bathroom isn't normally my choice but I wanted an inexpensive night away, so accepted it this time. I must emphasise that the bathroom was spotless & each guest got not only towels but their own bathmat - that felt much more hygienic - but I really much prefer en-suite, at my age!!

Pros:

Great location to explore the area, a short walk to a great golf course, 15 minute bus ride to St Andrew’s or Dundee. Staff unbelievably helpful and friendly and I look forward to returning next year.

Buena relación calidad/precio
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia para 4 personas, las camas muy grandes y cómodas. Muy limpio. La recepción fue muy amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están encima del pub, con música alta hasta las 23:00.

Pros:

We were greeted sincerely, the room was as described, quite comfortable, clean.

Cons:

We wanted to prepare food. All was ok but the ventilation system wasn't efficient enough and the smell of our steak spread all over the hotel. For us it wasn't bad but other guests shouldn't experience that. We were lucky not to get complaints.
