Helt okej boende för en natt!
Pros:

- Trevligt att det fanns en pub i byggnaden. Då det annars var väldigt öde i byn.
- Fräsch och fina toalett.

Cons:

Nackdelen var väl att man behövde dela toalett med andra.

Zwei für das Preisniveau überragend ausgestattete Zimmer unterm Dach, gut quer zu lüften, für die Lage erstaunlich ruhig.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, sympathische Einheimische an der Bar mit gutem Bier, modernes Badezimmer.
Die tolle Gemeinschaftsküche hätten wir vorher kennen sollen und den winzigen aber sehr guten Spar-Einkaufsmarkt auf der Karte sehen sollen, aber der Takeaway war auch sehr, sehr gut.

Amazing value for money, clean and well positioned, with bus outside to St Andrews and Dundee
Pros:

Amazing price. Comfy bed, clean room and spotless shared bathroom. Great kitchen facilities. In room 3 you cannot hear any noise from the bar, but take ear plugs for the road noise. The is fabulous. Would highly recommend. 5 stars!

Cheap but Rm 8 not worth it.

Just about the only accommodation in Leuchars.
Comfy bed.
Good tv with Netflix
Generally clean.
Good communication pre stay.
Friendly host.
Access to kitchen within hotel.

Shop / takeaway nearby.

Cons:

Room 8 is ground floor right next to busy road. Bring earplugs.
No double glazing, windows dont open.
Door opens directly onto pavement, your only option is to have it open to get fresh air. That isnt comfortable.
Bus passengers will look straight in windows but curtains have been fitted to windows and the door.
No breakfast available, a fridge would be useful to store food in room.
Mould in shower grouting, damp on lower wall adjacent to shower, not a big issue.
Toilet seat cheap plastic and hinge broken.
Electric shower had three settings, one of which varied between cold and scalding hot....i suggest its broken, but needs changing. Other two settings produce cold or just right temperature.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned a strong smell comes from the bathroom, which has no windows. Air fresheners present.

We were doing Fife Coastal Path. If given the option again i would stay in St Andrews an extra night and get bus back and forth.

Hosts are clearly trying to improve the room but it is the wrong room to use as a bedroom and would need windows and doors plus a professionally bathroom to bring it up to standard. They could charge more for it then though.

Pros:

Further away than expected . From leven . Surprisingly room was very quiet considering world cup being on . Couldn't watch TV as plug way to short to plug in bedside lamp was blown but nice to have a good shower in the morning. Shame didn't do any breakfast in the hotel.😔

Pros:

Soggiorno di 1 giorno con famiglia di 4 persone, pulito e comodo, molto spazioso. Il pub sotto le camere non si sente ed è molto carino.
L'uso della cucina in comune aiuta molto come nel nostro caso con i bambini.
Consigliato!

Cons:

Le scale sono un po' strette ma fattibili.
