Skip the place if you intend on staying more then 1 night, okay for 1 layover stay
Pros:

The staff do try their best to be help full, the location is very close to the metro station.

Cons:

The room, was not clean (hairs on the bedsheet/ In the washroom drain along with cigarette buds in the washroom form pervious guest), The first room had a leak from the ceiling dint manage to sleep, ones room was changed the second room was too small, room had no ventilation or windows, room had cockroaches in it. Linen has holes.

Over all very poor area, they have to be reminded multiple time for basic things like water.

I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed there for only 3 hours because I couldn’t tolerate the condition of the room. The smell was extremely bad, the space was very small (around 6–8 feet), and the washroom was dirty and unhygienic.

The staff behavior was also rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse.

I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. This is not a hotel—just a poorly maintained personal room.
