Didn't Get what was expected for the price.

Cons:

1. I booked 2 rooms using Booking.com, specifically mentioned i need double bed in both rooms ( when asked by app whether i need 2 separate single bed or 1 double bed in each room). They gave 1 room as per expectation and 2nd room they provided 2 single beds. When asked at reception, they told since we had late check in and they didn't had any other room left at that time they provided this room when i asked later on then they told it's because Booking.com booked like this.

2. One room was okayish, 2nd room (2 single bed) felt like i have entered in a 500 Rs. Hotel, the room was very small, no table or chair, the flush was continuously running in the commode.

3. At night i asked reception that what's the breakfast charge at their place, they mentioned 250Rs per person, so next morning i directly went and had breakfast but then Restaurant cashier told it is 500 and who told you it is 250 Rs. I told him everything about what i discussion with receptionist and then they had a feud on call took another 10-15 mins but then they gave a bill as per 250 per person only.

Though few people over there were very helpful but I'd recommend not to take the single bed type room. So, I'd give 4/10 only for my stay there. It was not value for money.

Pros:

Good location . Pet friendly and nice staff.ordered from room service and it was good too.
Lift was not working however they had staff to bring the luggage to our room.
Overall good hotel if you have a pet and want to stay at central
Location.
Highlight was the customer service by all the staff at the reception .

Not good for Family Stay or Senior Citizens
Pros:

The rooms are Ok

Cons:

The Elevator has been not working since more than a year and the Hotel has all its rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors it is not even updating their listing that it’s a non accessible Hotel. Their Sales team kept threatening me that they will cancel my reservation if I don’t pay advance even though Booking.com policy was non payment needed till check in. Vey Rude and irresponsible sales staff. The iin house restaurant is also not good very loud music and slow service.
