Cons:

The hot water was problematic on Sunday morning. I was up at 8 and ended up having a cold shower apparently it came good at around 8.30. It is currently 27 29 degrees during the day. Unbeknownst to me on the first night of our stay I couldn’t work out why I was so hot but the next morning found the heater in the bedroom and bathroom had been left on 5.

Für diesen Preis empfehle ich das Appartementhaus auf keinen Fall.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Zentrum in einem historischen Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Am Fernseher klebten Einkaufsetiketten des Vorgängers, die Gardine war teilweise runtergerissen und sie könnte mal eine Wäsche gebrauchen. Das Bett quietschte bei jeder Umdrehung und war bereits recht durchgelegen. Insgesamt machte das Appartement einen abgeranzten und unsauberen Eindruck.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Apartmenthauses zu Fuß und mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, Bad ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, kleine Küchenzeile für Selbstversorgung mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Geschirr vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, dadurch Möglichkeit des Offenlassens der unteren Fenster über Nacht nicht empfehlenwert. Obere Fenster nur mit einem Stuhl erreichbar (Unfallgefahr).

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage im Holländischen Viertel, nahe der Tram und dem Hauptbahnhof. Sehr ordentlich eingerichtet, schönes und zweckmäßiges Bad. Sehr nah zu Geschäften (Netto, Edeka, Fußgängerzone. Ruhige Umgebung. Internet gut. Ausstattung mit Tellern, Gläsern und Besteck gut, Pfanne nur für kleines Essen. Gute Nespresso-Maschine.

Cons:

Bei der Hitze (bis 40 Grad) war das Lüften im Erdgeschoss ungünstig, auch nach dem Kochen.
