Loved everything. The hotel room , breakfast. Cleanliness. The area has lovely little bars around it
Pros:

We were going to a resort but we decided to stay in Las Palmas for 1 night. We loved this hotel. It was a gorgeous little hotel. Loved it. The breakfast was fab. The room was spotlessly clean and location was perfect. We will be back for longer next time. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Nothing. All fab.

Parfait. Bel hôtel bien placé.
Petit déjeuner très très bon
Petit plus pour la proposition de changement de chambre pour plus calme

Cons:

Pomme de douche abîmée , pas pratique pour se doucher. Remplacement à prévoir
Horaire de fermeture de la piscine assez tôt.

Fab hotel for roaming the island, excellent breakfast and worth the value!
Pros:

The breakfast selection and waiting staff were excellent and I loved to see the locals visit also, which made it feel like an even better setting to start your day. Location was perfect, right next to the old town, shopping area and buses to travel around the island with ease. A lovely spacious room, we stayed in one of the premium rooms with a terrace, such a treat!

Cons:

Pocket door of the bathroom needs attention as it kept coming out of the socket. Extra towels would be helpful to be in the room for the terrace beds but easily sorted with housekeeping. Bed was slightly too hard for me and the pillows, they were more runners pillows more for decoration than sleep. Full size pillows are a must or at least offer alternates for comfort.

Pros:

Podoba mi się lokalizacja, klimatyczny wystrój. Bardzo lubię ten hotel i w Las Palmas tam się zatrzymujemy.

Cons:

Uwielbiam śniadanko w tym hotelu ale tym razem nie pozwolono nam jeść na zewnątrz restauracji tylko jako goście hotelowi musieliśmy siedzieć w środku restauracji co odbierało klimat i to jest duży minus. Drugi minus za nowy ekspres do kawy teraz kawa z ekspresu jest beznadziejna a poprzedni ekspres był super więc zmiana na gorsze niestety.

Céntrico, buena decoración y personal muy atento.

Cons:

Necesita un poco de mantenimiento en pintura en la habitación, las ventanas no estaban demasiado bien, no se podían abrir las contraventanas y hacían bastante ruido. Tenían un folleto para hacer tope y que no hiciesen ruido, además eran difíciles de abrir y dificultaba la ventilación natural. Las sábanas también podrían mejorar un poco, no estaban sucias pero tenían marcas de desgaste.

O hotel é bonito e os quartos são bem decorados. A localização é bem central. Perto de tudo, dá para fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

O isolamento das janelas é realmente péssimo. Ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua.

Hotel excepcional en todos los sentidos 🤩🤩🤩
Pros:

Hotel precioso, muy limpio, desayuno espectacular , situación excepcional,pero lo mejor de todo el maravilloso equipo humano que hay al frente del establecimiento. Hemos estado catorce días y nos hemos sentido en casa. GRACIAS DE TODO CORAZÓN. Ojalá volvamos a vernos 🤩🤩🤩

Joli hôtel confortable mais très bruyant la nuit.
Pros:

Jolie chambre dans un établissement de caractère rénové avec goût dans le quartier historique de Vegueta. Literie très confortable. Personnel de l’accueil professionnel et sympathique nous ayant donné de bons conseils de visites et restaurants.

Cons:

Gros point noir : le bruit de la rue (pavée) car la circulation est ouverte la nuit + terrasses de bar à proximité + boulevard très circulant adjacent. Insonorisation intérieure et extérieure inexistante, ce qui est très regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Petit-déjeuner très correct dans une jolie salle (1 salé/1 sucré + boisson chaude + jus orange), mais la serveuse n’est pas très agréable ni souriante.

Leider war es nicht möglich im Hotel nach 16 Uhr, nachdem das dazugehörende Café geschlossen hatte, Getränke, um sie mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, zu bekommen.
