Merci mohamed l'employé de l'année sans lui j'aurais mis un 2/10 pour l'hôtel, pas de WiFi,
Pros:

Mohamed le réceptionniste était super, si il n'était pas là j'aurai noté l'hôtel à 2/10.

Cons:

Pas de WiFi 🤦‍♂️, petit déjeuner, un employé, piscine sale, le lit présenter des tâches d'usure heureusement j’ai demandé à mohamed si on pouvez le changer.

Breakfast starts too late, supposedly by 9 am. And even so, it’s never ready by that time and at least 20 to 30 mins later they start. So I pay for breakfast and never was able to get it except once in 6 days and I was late for my work time cause of that.
Wifi is not working from more than 2 months as per stuff.

It's good for low budget and met your basic needs, female staff are really very helpful

Especial thanks to Hagar who puts her heart to every guest's stay to make it as comfortable as possible

Thanks loads for the rest of the team for their kind efforts.

They bringing you breakfast to the room as you inform them the day before.
It's very sufficient portion with various items..

You always remember that you are staying in 2 or 3 stars hotel with basic amenities and facilities , you still can profit out of open air swimming pool ( with respect to the country dress code especially it's not a resort hotel and you are in "basic city hotel" ,yet, no one can harassing as it's military property but as respect to the country traditions especially in basic city hotel".

Lunch or dinner tastes "ok" if you're lazy to dine outside

Wedding partis almost every night but you can't hear any music ( it's for modest basic middle class people )

There is a waiter in the restaurant he is the only male employee who is very professional unfortunately I forgot his name

The staff at the main gate were kind even they were militant stuff

It's very sufficient if you're running with certain budget.

I choose to be close to some governmental sectors .

Cons:

WiFi and TV connections were very challenging

Male stuff aren't as professional as the female .


Public areas aren't well taking care of however the rooms area was OK.

a Colonel military who is managing the hotel has refused to offer me any discounts although i stayed there for 35 days claiming that "I am booking client" ! He doesn't have any hotel experience which doesn't help at all the property to improve although the civil stuff are putting lots of efforts . He is handling the club as if it is "place " not as "property " ! Very sorry for the civil stuff.

Militant stuff should stay away from handling any bookings PLZ, the first night I was offered horrible room as I have arrived late and civil staff wasn't there.

Nothing is walking distance close by the hotel,except very basic supermarket just for biscuits, water .... no fruits or vegetables,

The closest shopping mall is 15 mnts by car .

If your first time on Cairo Certainly stay in different interactve areas ,

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum askeriyenin içerisinde saçma sapan bir yer.
Pros:

Askeriyenin içerisinde saçma sapan bir lokasyonda saçma sapan bir yerdi. Kesinlikle resimdeki gibi değil kiralanan odaların önündeki havuzda 150 kişi aynı anda havuza girmeye çalışıyor aşırı ses ve yoğunluk var zaten arabayı bırakıp odanıza gitmeniz yürüyerek 20 dakika askeriyenin içerisinde ve kesinlikle kullanışlı bir yer değil tesisi kullanmadan iptal etmek zorunda kaldım.

Cons:

Tesisin kapıları dahi çalışmıyor dışarıda çok fazla insan var tüm halk direkt olarak havuzlara intikal etmiş kesinlikle uyumak dinlenmek mümkün değil. Tesisi kullanmadan iptal etmek zorunda kaldım başka bir yer bulmam tam üç saatimi aldı. Benimle kesinlikle ilgilenmediler çünkü sistemleri dahi yokmuş her şeyi kağıt kalemle yapıyorlar.

المنتجع مرا حلو والفطور رهيب والأمان مره عالي فيه استئجرنا يومين ورجعنا مددنا لأسبوع فيه الصدق يستاهل الزيارة والموظفه هاجر مرره عسل وخدومة وكانت تساعدنا بكل شي موظفه كفؤ لعملها جدا تستاهل مكافئه على خدماتها وعنايتها بالعملاء ⭐️♥️

The location is hard to find, I spend 1 hour lookong for this place! There is no wifi, please if you want to have a good time please please please DO NOT BOOK this place, they have bad reviews and no womder why
