Despite the lack of power and hot water- it was okay.
Pros:

Clean and great location. The staff were in a difficult position with the power outage and worked hard to accommodate guests who wanted to stay as they couldn’t rebook.

Cons:

A power outage the day I arrived. No hot water because of that.

La habitación apestaba a tabaco imagino q del anterior huésped , la ducha a estas alturas de la vida era de cortina y el hotel está para reforma integral , a ver es barato , se q no se puede pedir servicios de un 5 estrellas

There is nothing to like about this property.

Cons:

without any earlier communication, the power was out when we arrived - too late to book anything else.

This meant we had no lighting, no way to charge devices, and not hot water for the shower or bath after a long day on the Camino, and no WiFi. The beds are also very hard, and pillows uncomfortable.

The staff and management would not even discount the price - AVOID AT ALL COST!

Cons:

No pude acceder al Hotel según ellos por una avería, no me facilitaron ninguna solución. Se desentendieron y me dejaron sin alojamiento ni explicación. El trato fue malo y quisieron que cancelase yo la reserva para no hacerse ellos responsables.

The worst place I stayed and not only on the Camino. The Hotel is fully broken. Nothing is working. An absolute disaster. The hotel is dead

Unlucky due to power cut.
Pros:

Good location. Helpful staff. Gave us a full refund due to no electricity in the building.

Cons:

No electricity or hot water during our visit. Staff made up for it as the problem was outside their control.

No ubo nada que me gustara un hotel mal organizado no pudimos dormir por tener un generador pegado a la ventana y por la noche se fue la corriente tuvimos que recoger las mochilas con linterna y no abia nadie que diera una explicación. Un Robo

Gute Lage

Cons:

Der Empfang hat sich viel Zeit gelassen fürs Check-In. Der Aufzug war defekt. Das Zimmer war wie ein Kühlschrank (beim Warten aufs Check-In hat sich ein anderer Gast darüber beschwert).Im Sommer wird ies genau umgekehrt sein.
Das WC war nicht sauber. Und seit ich über Booking.com buche, ist es das erste Zimmer ohne Warmwasser (knapp lauwarm).
Selbst 40 Euro sind für das zu viel!
