Great location, and a nice and spacious apartment with basically anything you could ever need. Cosmin is a great and helpful host! Very nice that they provide you with some drinks and snacks on arrival :-)

Location and host

Durch Zufall habe ich dieses Juwel entdeckt und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gäbe es 11 Punkte, ich hätte sie gegeben. Das Interieur-Design ist 100% wie in den Bildern. Die Ferienwohnung war auch rein technisch vollständig: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Toaster, super Gasherd, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank, stillistisch passendes und einheitliches Geschirr, viele und neue Kochutensilien, Föhn, Shampoo und so weiter. Die Küche lädt zu großem Essen ein (was ich leider nicht nutzte). Mit Luftentfeuchter, Klimaanlage und einem kleinen Heizaggregat bekam man auch die nassesten Wandersachen wieder trocken. Das große, strahlend weiß bezogene Bett war sehr bequem. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine eigene Terrasse. Alternativ konnte man auch die Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit der schönen Aussicht nutzen - zum Beispiel um das bereitgestellte kalte Bier oder den Rotwein abends zu genießen. Eine nette Geste: bei Ankunft war alles da, was man zum Frühstück oder für den Feierabend braucht: Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Käse - alles hygenisch verpackt! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und antwortete auf kurze WhatsApp-Anfragen sofort. Ich hatte die Wohnung im Souterrain mit eigenem Parkplatz, durch die Hanglage auch schöner Aussicht und eigenem Eingang. Die Wohnung hatte ein eigenes liebevoll eingerichtetes Badezimmer - Zugang vom Treppenhaus direkt vor der Wohnungstüre störte nicht, da im Souterrain keine andere Wohnung oder sonst irgendetwas war. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus wie aus dem Ei gepellt. Povoacao ist groß genug für Supermärkte und Restaurants und dennoch vergleichsweise ruhig und entspannt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Hier möchte man länger bleiben!

Diese Unterkunft könnte nicht besser sein. Komfort, Lage und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Herausragend aber ist der Gastgeber Cosmin. In seiner herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und großzügigen Art schenkt er seinen Gästen keine Unterkunft, sondern ein Zuhause. Vielen, vielen Dank.

Cosmin is an absolutely amazing host, who welcomed us so kindly here. We instantly felt comfortable and at home, which we needed badly, as we were exhausted from previous days. Our room had everything we could ever need. The view is a cherry on top that made this place an instant 10 for us. I look forward to be back here!

Het appartement. Er ontbrak werkelijk niets. De koelkast die gevuld was met de 1e benodigdheden. Erg attente gastheer.. Appartement is echt een aanrader.

A breath taking view and delightful host!

Everything is impeccable. Gorgeous furnishings, art, accessories. Fully stocked kitchen with many extras. The best views from several outdoor decks and indoor windows.

Cosmin couldn’t have been more welcoming - thank you very much for your hospitality! The house was super clean and had everything one might need. The surroundings are beautiful.

We couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The house was gorgeous, up on a hill overlooking the ocean and the village. Cosmin was an excellent host, so warm and welcoming. He left us a bottle of wine and some goodies! The town was quaint and a short very hilly walk if you didn’t want to drive in to town. I would highly recommend Vista Do Topo and we plan on going back someday!!

The view was really incredible and the host went absolutely above and beyond.

Nadherny, utulny dum, soukromi, cele patro pro sebe, plne vybavena kuchyn, koupelna, rucniky, sprchovy gel, sampon, kondicioner, fen na vlasy, pracka, susicka. Majitele jsou velice prijemni lide, ochotni a napomocni. Rada se sem vratim.

The view, the kindness and good care of the host. He gave privacy in his house to us, but as well very nice to do a drink with him on the veranda in the evening looking out over the sea

From the moment I received the most memorable welcome I've ever received from a host, I knew why all the rave reviews. Cosmim goes out of his way to make you feel at home. His kindness, courtesy, and respect are second to none. The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in, glorious views and beautiful furniture make this place a wonderful experience.
Everything I could hope for was there, and if not, Cosmim supplied it forthwith.
Absolute dream location for views.

Cosmin is such an excellent host. His home is beyond clean, and he goes out of his way to make sure your stay is exceptional. The view is unbelievable. I cannot Vista do Topo enough.
