Hotel met erg goede ligging en zeer sympathiek personeel, lekker en royaal ontbijt.
Pros:

het ontbijt was heerlijk! Opgediend met de glimlach!

Cons:

Checken of de airco wel degelijk werkt voor de gasten aankomen. Op één van de kamers was dat niet het geval, werd echter snel opgelost.

Pros:

The location is central and the views of the old port from our room were amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Bar de La Caravelle is a wonderful place for a drink.

Cons:

They grabbed the food croissants, bread etc with their bared hands after touching everything including their noses. For example one of the was coughing a lot putting their hand on mouth. If they are sick they will probably transmit it whatever they have.

L’emplacement exceptionnel et les jeunes employés débrouillards et très serviables et gentils ! Ce qui est bien c’est que les chambres sont neuves et très confortables et qu’ils ont gardé l’ambiance vieux port du restaurant (déco superbe 🤩). Petits déjeuners top !

Bel emplacement mais des points à améliorer !
Pros:

Personnel très aimable, disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons été surclassés pour une chambre avec vue sur le port et Notre-Dame de la Garde. L'emplacement est absolument parfait, à proximité de tout et proche des bus, métro. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

Cons:

Il faut savoir que le café de l'hôtel organise des concerts que l'on entend dans la chambre. Le fait d'être central conduit à entendre la vie nocturne du vieux port, il faut le savoir.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi salé ou sucré au choix mais n'est pas à la hauteur du prix, il vaut mieux le prendre dans un café.
L'hôtel est situé au 1 èr étage d'un immeuble, l'ascenseur ne démarre qu'à ce niveau là. Important pour les personnes avec des difficultés de mobilité.
