Pros:

Tercera vez que vamos como todos los veranos. Nos gusta mucho la Casa Rural. Pero este año la hemos visto abandonada. Mejora en restauración. Muy rica. Pero piscina, limpieza interior, jjardines exteriores está muy desmejorado. El personal muy atento.

Beautiful area, amazing people, room could be improved
Pros:

Had a nice stay at Aqua et Oleum. Beautiful property, amazing staff. The room was very spacious. In light of the eclipse they organised a special sky viewing with a great astronomy expert and it was UNFORGETTABLE, probably the highlight of our stay.

Cons:

The room had a bit of a moldy smell the first day, the shower didn't seem to drain properly and left the mat/rug in the bathroom all wet and didn't smell great. This was gone the next day though. The AC didn't work at night. It blew air but didn't cool. This is probably because the property is self-sustaining and uses solar power + batteries. Regardless, would've been nice to know. Even though the rooms are huge, they still felt a bit pricey for what you get. Then again, the astronomy night was priceless

Great location with superb food. Don’t need anywhere else
Pros:

Lovely converted old olive mill with a superb pool and garden.
The staff were excellent and the food was superb both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

We noticed a few areas in the room that were missed during cleaning. Although rectified at the time it’s feedback for the future

El entorno bien cuidado. La piscina. Las atenciones de Juanita.

Los accesos, muy malos. La decoracion de la habitación. Desayuno poco variado. Falta de “amenity kits” en las habitaciones, pese a pretender ser un 4*
