Pros:

The hotel hygiene exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and efficient, especially Nick and Hallie. I don’t know the names of the other staff, but that doesn’t take away from their excellent service. Overall, every staff member did a great job.

Pros:

Очень красиво, чисто, уютно.
И невероятно шикарно.
Учитывая нашу сложную ситуацию в тот момент, мы чувствовали себя в абсолютной безопасности.

Cons:

Делали Букинг на через Booking, и на следующий день, хотели продлить номер, но нам сообщили что свободных. Номеров нет. И продлить мы не можем. Настолько нам хотелось остаться ещё.

Disappointment turned in to an amazing stay...
Pros:

We were apprehensive to start as there are no lifts or swimming pool here.. But the staff made are hoilday stay here wonderful. Offering complimentary taxis to there sister hotel to use the swimming pool. The rooms were beautiful. Comfortable. And spotless. Nothing was a problem for the staff.. With free use of a washing and drying machine with free detergent was a plus. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. And with a complimentary taxi back to the airport at the end of are stay...
The staff were amazing and I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave us. Thank you team.
Definitely recommend. But please bare in mind there are no lifts here or swimming pool... Bit all rooms are located on the ground or first floor.... ❤️👌👌👌👌👌

Cons:

If there was a concern.. I would say the lighting in the room is a little bit dark..

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at the Village. It was a short one, yet very relaxing. The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the waterfront and a few mins away from all the good restaurants. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable!

Gorgeous hotel, staff, location & breakfast!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Thank you to all of the staff who were so helpful and friendly, and especially Alice who went the extra mile to help during the check in process. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast was great and would highly recommend.

Nothing - lovely hotel!

Money for value hotel if noise is low
Pros:

Staff at hotel are wonderful and very helpful. Overall inside environment also is good. Room furniture is not very practical but it's ok for a couple of days' stay. Shower water pressure is great.

Cons:

There is a bar opposite of street and just outside window of my room. You can hear their music and noise of their guest like no insulation. Dogs barked on the street are loud and persisted an hour or so in the early morning of my 2nd day of stay

Fantastic, M village will be one of my choices when im back
Pros:

Cleanliness, strong cold air conditioning, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Laundry service is free but is usually not available. 😅 nevertheless, thats a free service!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Hotel is near to airport. This hotel could easily be one of my favourite so far. The hoteliers were all very nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. It was affordable considered the number of nights we have stayed there. Amenities was top up daily and huge thumbs up that they have water dispenser and free laundry service.

Cons:

Like what some mentioned, the lighting wasn't great for people who do make up or do their hair before heading out. But that could easily be overlooked by me as the room was clean and spacious. 🤭

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zwar angenehm, jedoch konnten die Erwartungen aufgrund mehrerer Mängel in Komfort, Ausstatt
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt mit viel Charakter und einer angenehm ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Lage. Das Personal war stets bemüht und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch war die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen . Außerdem wurde uns ein privater Fahrer für Ausflüge vermittelt, der äußerst zuverlässig war und unsere Unternehmungen sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel konnte unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllen. Das Frühstück bestand lediglich aus einem kleinen Buffet mit sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Beilagen mussten separat bestellt werden, wobei die Portionen eher klein und rationiert wirkten. Zwar konnte man weitere Portionen bestellen, allerdings entstand dabei schnell das Gefühl, unangenehm aufzufallen.

Auch die Zimmeraufteilung war wenig durchdacht: Die Räume wirkten sehr eng und vermittelten ein beengendes Gefühl. Zusätzlich fehlte ein Aufzug, und die Treppen waren nur unzureichend mit Geländern ausgestattet, was den Auf- und Abstieg unbequem machte. Zwar wurde Hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten, jedoch schien dies für das Personal selbst sehr mühsam zu sein.

Besonders negativ fiel außerdem auf, dass es im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen gab, wodurch der Aufenthalt insgesamt wenig komfortabel wirkte. Hinzu kam, dass die Böden – insbesondere im Speisebereich – sehr klebrig wirkten, was den Eindruck von Sauberkeit zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.
