Housekeeping staff. Cleanliness.
The room is so small that sitting on the bed you can reach almost anything in the room.
The TV doesn't have basic apps like JioHotstar installed. And when you try to get help with it, the staff seem completely clueless and you eventually get so frustrated that you just give up.
My biggest feedback would be that the staff really needs to be empowered. Too many of them come across as fearful and worried about answering even basic questions or taking decisions that would benefit the customer.
For example, when I ordered a bucket of beer to my room, it's pretty basic that it should come with an opener. When I asked for one, the staff wasn't willing to hand over the one they had and instead said they would get one later. They didn't, unless I followed up. The fact that a customer can't keep calling the hotel every time they want to open a bottle seems to be completely lost.
Similarly, when I said the food was too spicy, there was no real effort or interest in seeing if it could be made less spicy. When I asked whether a football match would be shown at the rooftop bar, the answer was simply "I don't think so." No effort to actually find out and get back to me.
I don't blame the staff as much as I blame the management. They need better training and, more importantly, need to feel empowered to actually help customers instead of being scared to make basic decisions.
One other thing I noticed at breakfast was quite concerning. I saw unused juice from the buffet being poured back into the tetra pack. It made me wonder how many times this has happened and how safe the juice actually is to consume.
These may seem like small things, but they add up and really affect the overall experience.

Les chambres très confortables
Le BRUIT …… beaucoup de trafic , jour comme nuit …. Très difficile de trouver le sommeil
الموقع مكانه جميل وقريب من سنتر المدينه وجميع الخدمات متوفره حواليه ومطل على المدينه وبه مطعم وبهي بار في الدور السادس ويعتبر مكان جميل وايضا لا ننسى العاملين يتميزون بحسن التعامل والامانه واللطف اتمنى لهم التوفيق

We had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Manssi and the restaurant team for their wonderful hospitality. The Hyderabadi biryani was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to all the waiters and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!
