Pros:

La ubicación muy bien, cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. El aparcamiento un 10, fácil, amplio y con acceso directo al apartamento.

Cons:

Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas, lámparas rotas, desagües atascados... tendrían que darle una vuelta.

Bonito mas a necessitar renovação.

Localização, espaço e distribuição do mesmo.
Limpeza.
Sossegado.

Cons:

Apartamento necessita de renovação, pintura na varanda descascada, lâmpadas na casa de banho soltas do tecto.
Luz do armário da casa de banho não funciona.
Máquina de café Nespresso existe, faltam chávenas pequenas de café.
Máquina de lavar roupa existente, mas estendal para a roupa inexistente.
