Das Appartement war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr stark abgewohnt und ungemütlich

Bonito mas a necessitar renovação.

Localização, espaço e distribuição do mesmo.
Limpeza.
Sossegado.

Cons:

Apartamento necessita de renovação, pintura na varanda descascada, lâmpadas na casa de banho soltas do tecto.
Luz do armário da casa de banho não funciona.
Máquina de café Nespresso existe, faltam chávenas pequenas de café.
Máquina de lavar roupa existente, mas estendal para a roupa inexistente.

Boa opção, numa excelente localização e local.

Localização excelente, estacionamento gratuito e no local. Apartamento bem equipado no geral.

Cons:

O tempo não estava o mais fantástico e isso impactou com a temperatura da casa. Não percebi ou não estava a funcionar corretamente a climatização.
Talvez umas instruções ajudassem.
O sistema de ventilação/exaustão central no fogão e WC é um pouco incomodativo nas horas em que está ligado.
Para duas noites e duas pessoas os consumíveis de WC foram curtos. Um detergente lava-loiça também faria falta e não seria isso que prejudicaria a margem de lucro da estadia.
