localizaçao optima, portas de acesso ao exterior com problemas , mesa de exterior partida .... limopeza boa mas existem aspectos que poderiam ser melhores a nivel de apoio e codigos de acesso 1 de os cartoes nao funcionava.... gostamos mas julgo poderia ser melhor .....

Cons:

O checking não é no local , fica num hotel do grupo próximo e para quem vai pela primeira vez fica muito confuso encontrar o novo apartamento porque há numerações estranhas.
Devia ser obrigatório para quem vai pela 1a vez , ser acompanhado por alguém da recepção.
É muito incomodo andar com as malas à procura do quarto.
Depois de telefonar três vezes para a recepção só quase 1 hora depois apareceu um Sr Yuri ( por sinal de uma simpatia extrema ).
Este transtorno poderia ter sido evitado e sinceramente fiquei muito enervada e quase a desistir.
Outra coisa que também faz falta num apartamento é uma simples torradeira para o pequeno almoço .
