Good breakfast
Family-friendly (kids enjoyed club/pool)
Good overall value/cost-benefit
Cons:
Insufficient parking/garage spaces

Minor room maintenance issues (clogged toilet, cracked mirror) and lack of small items like bath mats/rod

Categories

Cleanliness
9.4
Multiple reviewers explicitly praised cleanliness (“Tudo muito impecável”, “Tudo limpinho”), though one guest noted they had to bring their own linens/towels (owner-rented unit) — the space itself was reported clean despite that, so slightly below perfect.
Service
10
Reception staff repeatedly described as wonderful and helpful; several guests highlight excellent front-desk interactions and overall helpful team, yielding top score despite isolated issues tied to third-party owners.
Location
10
Location repeatedly praised (very close to Acqua Park/parks, many restaurants, quiet and convenient), described as 'top' and 'pertinho do parque' — clear strong point.
Room Quality
9.5
Rooms described as well equipped and comfortable (“quarto bem montado”, ‘lindinho’), but a few minor maintenance notes (clogged toilet, cracked mirror) and recommendations for small items (bath mat, floor squeegee) keep this just under perfect.
Amenities
8.5
Amenities mixed: pools and club are positives, but guests report parking shortages (not enough garage spaces), small/overcrowded pool in high season, limited brinquedoteca toys, and at least one case of missing linens from a third-party unit — overall useful amenities but notable negatives.
Value for Money
10
Several reviewers call out very good cost-benefit (access to water park included, affordable entry, overall compensating value). A few guests renting from external owners faced extra charges for linens/breakfast, but the dominant sentiment is excellent value.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast is positively mentioned in multiple reviews; only indirect negatives relate to pool food/hygiene due to guest behavior at the wet bar. Overall food & beverage received strong praise for breakfast quality/access.
Overall Experience
10
Overall sentiment is very positive across reviews — multiple guests said the stay was perfect or would return, praising staff, cleanliness, location and park access; some specific issues did not overshadow the generally excellent experience.

Muito bom
Pros:
