Great staff and breakfast
Pros:

Staff were super nice and helpful with local reccomendations, cool pub, breakfast was amazing

Cons:

They were short staffed so I couldn’t get into my room until about 6pm

Happy with our choice, comfortable and suited our needs.
Pros:

A good breakfast though a bit limited in choice. Very friendly staff and for needs the locations was excellent.

Cons:

Rather small room but suitable for our needs. Limited choice for evening meal.

Nowhere near Tewksbury
Pros:

Room was large and clean, although there was some mould above the shower and the sash windows need attention. Kettle in the room and bottled water. Large car park. Bar menu was restricted, but food hot and freshly cooked. Owners appear to be trying hard to improve the building and the bar was busy.

Cons:

The hotel is miles away from Tewksbury in a village in Worcestershire. The room was very basic. There was no headboard or chairs/table. The TV was tiny. The only hanging space was a towel type rail which was falling off the wall.
We didn't have breakfast as the on-line menu showed only a full English.

Pros:

We stayed at the Royal oak whilst attending a wedding at Bredon Manor.
The staff are fantastic both on the phone prior to arriving and Face to Face and went over and above to meet our needs.
Teigan was busy in the bar when we arrived but took time to show us around whilst juggling customers she is very good at her Job .
Lynne was amazing she went out of her way to welcome us and our daughter and family who joined us on the Saturday. Her breakfast was amazing and the chocolate for our granddaughter was a lovely extra touch .
The location was great within easy walk to Bredon Manor.
The beds were comfy and the tea coffee and biscuits and added bonus.
We had a great stay thanks and would highly recommend..

Disappointment that no breakfast provided although paid for and no refund!

Cons:

We booked bed and breakfast. In the morning no breakfast was provided. No staff on the premises. When we wrote advised we would be refunded for our breakfast but this never arrived!!

It was exactly what we had hoped for an overnight stop.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast which set us up for the day. Friendly and relaxed

Cons:

Green emergency light in room when dark. Unfotunately we failed to find out beforehand that no food is served on the evening we were there but they let us buy in delicious local fish and chips and provided plates and cutlery for us to eat in the dining room so no problem!

Excellent overnight stop
Pros:

Excellent room and en-suite, newly refurbished. Brilliant staff.
