Tôi đã đặt phòng trên booking.com,theo xác nhận trên booking tôi không phải đặt cọc hay thanh toán bất kỳ khoản tiền nào trước khi đến nhưng sau khi nhận xác nhận đặt phòng từ booking.com thì nhân viên khách sạn liên hệ bảo phải đặt cọc.Tôi không đồng ý về dịch vụ kiểu này và tôi đã không đến ở khách sạn này.

Pros:

Khách sạn cơ bản, cũ, cũng sạch sẽ, 3 tầng nhưng ko có thang máy nên báo trước ks xếp phòng tầng dưới nếu nhiều hành lý hoặc có ng già. Nhân viên lịch sự, hỗ trợ tốt, tôi quên đồ có nhờ ks check lại và họ đã gửi giúp lại cho tôi.

The Location of the Hotel is very good

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not good at all. There was mould on the walls, ants and maggots in the bathroom. It was really very unpleasant. In addition, the air conditioning did not work, which is simply very tedious with humidity that is also in November. Conclusion better go to another hotel

My favorite hotel in Hue. Will definitely come back here next time.
Pros:

This is the first time i came to this hotel, but this one definitely feels like home to me. The hotel is relatively small in size, yet it is quite gorgeous and lovely. The hotel kind of stands out from all others in the city because of such professional and helpful staffs. They are quite attentive and pay much attention to details. The staffs always come up with helpful ideas and try their best to help you anytime you need. Eg: Giving directions around the city. Giving recommendations for restaurants, tourist areas, etc.
This hotel is located in the city center and looks to the perfume river. From the hotel, it is quite easy to access to the tourist area (the pedestrian area), where you can find a various options of bars, restaurants, shops, night clubs, etc. The hotel facilities are quite new and modern. The hotel space and rooms are quite airy and squeaky clean. It looks like the hotel has been newly built.
The price is quite reasonable to stay in such a nice hotel like this. I will definitely come back here next time.
