Reasonable stay.
Pros:

Room sized for a single person. 2 people would be crowded. Easy to find and a good location in Ponferrada. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Shower is a handhold only. Not easy to have a shower. Bar downstairs is open until 2am. Loud smokers outside my window until the place closed. Hard to sleep between 11pm-2am. Had to close my window. Too noisy and too much smoke.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Viikolla oli Fiesta ja tästä johtuen meteli sen mukaista.
Olisi ollut mukava nukkua hetki ennen lähtöä aamulla 0700. Se ei oikein onnistunut, sillä ympäristö hiljeni vasta pitkään puolen yön jälkeen ja hotellin alakerrassa olleelle hotellin asukkaalle oli tarjoiltu aivan liikaa. Huoneeseen saapuminen oli pitkäkestoinen ja äänekäs. Pariskunta jatkoi asian selvittelyä vielä tunnin verran saapumisensa jälkeen ja kun seinät ovat paperia niin ei tarvinnut juurikaan nukkua.
Vuoteesta sen verran, että mikäli asettui keskelle sänkyä niin tuli Abyss tunnelma - sen verran syvälle sinne vajosi.

Shower door was broken. They offered for us to switch rooms but we stayed only the one night and had already unpacked and too tired to move. Staff was great.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war ganz oben, Aussicht der Königin hieß das Zimmer und das war nicht übertrieben. Über den Dächern der Altstadt, aus dem Bad auf den Glockenturm (nachts zum Glück ohne Geläut). Es ist natürlich ein altes Haus und alles etwas rustikal, auch hier und da mal zu erneuern anzudenken, aber es war sehr charmant und eben, mittendrin. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Whirlpool, den wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben, in dem das Duschen aber etwas komplizierter war, da kein Vorhang vorhanden war. Die Matratze war sehr bequem, die Nacht sehr entspannt. Das Auto kann man unweit der autofreien Altstadt auf einem Parkplatz kostenlos abstellen und sonst gibt es auf den Straßen kostenpflichtige Optionen.

Vielleicht den einen oder anderen Vorhang und Stuhl-Polster erneuern

Frühstück war nicht wie angekündigt um 6h bereit. Im Bad funktionierte manches nicht oder nur eingeschränkt.

Inmejorable ubicación y baño necesitado de una buena reforma

La ubicación inmejorable. Pero difícil para aparcar, porque es zona peatonal.
El servicio muy amable

Cons:

El baño era muy antiguo. el agua se desbordaba en la ducha, que tenía una bañera vieja y una cortina igualmente antigua y nada impermeable. El lavabo incómodo.
No hay secador de pelo , se debe pedir en recepción.
