The hotel is located quite high up from the main street. However, they provide a buggy service to transfer guests back and forth. You can call for a buggy at any time to pick you up from the main street

Cons:

The other guests were a bit noisy during my stay, but the overall vibe of the place was still great.

It was a nice stay and we may choose this hotel again.
Pros:

It was neat and clean.
The staff was very cooperative and efficient.
Golf cart service was good.
Elevators were good.

Cons:

Bathroom size quite small.
The quality of shampoo and shower gel was not very good.

I loved the quiet atmosphere, cleanliness, and the excellent service from the staff, reception team, and security personnel. Everyone was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, well-organized, and very clean. It offers great value for the price and is close to the Haram. However, it is located on slightly elevated ground. If golf cart transportation is available, reaching the Haram is very convenient. It is also close to the Clock Towers
