Perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Goede locatie, dicht bij Masjid Haram op loop afstand, yazan de top golfkar chauffeur met veel glimlach op zijn gezicht brengt je op en neer om moskee nog sneller te bereiken en als je hem belt komt die je gelijk ophalen zodat jij het heuvel niet hoeft te beklimmen na vermoeid dag.
Ismaël ook een top medewerker, komt letterlijk rennen naar je om je tassen te sjouwen als die ziet dat je met zware boodschap tassen hotel binnen komt lopen.
Voor de rest allemaal aardige mensen en gast vrij, elke dag gratis koffie en thee met koekjes plus lekkere vriedrank in de mooie grote ontvangst hal met heerlijke sofas.

Cons:

Gewoon bijna niks eigenlijk, alles was top!!

-Alleen ik hoop dat Ismaël in plaats van koffers sjouwen ooit wat hogere functie krijgt bijvoorbeeld aan de receptie balie te kunnen werken, beste man is goed geschoold en spreekt uitstekend Engels vergeleken met de rest van het personeel.
Stukje goede mondelinge communicatie is toch wel belangrijk als je internationale gasten ontvangt.

- Hotel is meer gericht op gasten uit Turkije,onze Turkse broeders en zusters die hier het meeste komen, dus ook het ontbijt en diner wordt bereid op Turkse stijl, wij zijn toch wat andere smaak gewend dus voor ons was het ontbijt en diner niet zo aantrekkelijk, mocht je overwegen om ook te willen ontbijten dan neem eerst een kijkje in de keuken voor je het reserveert, dat is een tip.

Pros:

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Welcome sweets and drinks including teas and Qahwa was nice gesture. Reception staff behaviour was welcoming. Distance from Haram is very less and golf cart made it easier to go five times a day. Golf Cart guy was always one call away. Rooms were clean, with all amenities that were mentioned. Will definitely stay again insha'Allah. Thanks you Rawhal Al Maqaam for the hospitality

فندقي المتميز
Pros:

ماشاء الله فندق متميز وكل شي فيه مريح وطاقم العاملين رائعين جدا والمطعم متميز وذوقه عالي جدا

لايوجد شيء سوى أن الموقع عالي لكن عربة الغولف التي تنقل المعتمرين للفندق متوفرة على الدوام وهذا شيء جيد فندقي المرة القادمة ان شاء الله

Temizliğine bayıldım. Tek kişi kaldım. Odaların ses yalıtımı güzel, çalışanlar ilgili. Restoran kısmını kullanmadığım için yorum yapamayacağım. Pros:

بعكس الفنادق الكبيرة ال 14 طابق، هذا الفندق 6 طوابق فقط ممكن يجعله هادئ ومناسب لنا. المكان قريب من الحرم حوالي 7-8 مشي، كما يوجد جولف كار متوفرة طوال اليوم للوصول إلى شارع أجياد والعكس وهي فعلا تساعد في تلافي الطريق الصاعد للفندق. يوجد ضيافة في بهو الفندق تمر وقهوة وشاي وماء مثلج، جميع العاملين بشوشين للغاية والنظافة ممتازة والواي فاي قوية ومجانية وتغطي جميع الفندق
من المؤكد سنختار نفس الفندق الزيارة القادمة لمكة

A wonderful hotel with genuinely caring and attentive staff. I would highly recommend Rawha Al Maqam Ajyad to anyone visiting Makkah!
From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Noah and Ismail were exceptionally kind and helpful. Ismail assisted us with our luggage and made sure our room was cool, comfortable and ready for us. We were also kindly offered an early check-in, as well as complimentary breakfast coupons for the whole family, a lovely gesture.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Close to the reception area, there is always a beautifully decorated table with complimentary drinks and snacks, including delicious, succulent dates, which are available for all guests to enjoy.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff made it even more special.
