Pros:

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Khách sạn ở khu vực trung tâm nên rất dễ di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan. Giường êm ái, dễ chịu, mình đã ngủ rất ngon. Bữa sáng đối với mình là vừa đủ.

Cons:

Khi mình tới nhận phòng thì ấm siêu tốc còn có nước và có cả bọ trong đó. Ga giường có 1 vết rách nhỏ và đã được khâu lại. Tuy không ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ nhưng tạo cảm giác chưa chuyên nghiệp.
