Pros:

Super localisation
Bar agréable au rez de chaussée
Personnel sympathique et disponible à toute heure

Cons:

L’état de l’établissement ne reflète pas celui des photos
Points d’attention sur la propreté (surtout le revêtement de sol qui ne donne pas envie d’y marcher à pieds nus) et l’isolation de la chambre (on entend tout et fort)

Convenient location, nice people, but please lord change the carpets. (or at least clean them!)
Pros:

Nice staff and very convenient location.

Cons:

Very gross old carpets that smell of dust and tobacco. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and random hairs. (we got new sheets when we asked and the staff was nice)

On a busy street but great location. Bar staff aggressive.
Pros:

Good location on a very busy street. Nice rooms.

Cons:

Didn’t like having to go through the bar. On the last night one of the staff physically and aggressively pushed into me to stop me entering the bar area commenting “we are closed!!” I explained that I’m staying here and need to go through to the hotel part. He shrugged and let me through. The room door lock was broken as if it had been forced open when I arrived also. They did fix it quickly though. I won’t stay again because of this.

Freundliches Personal aber arg runtergekommenes Zimmer ohne Roomseevice
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich. Wir waren uns bewusst, dass die Umgebung vor allem Abends sehr belebt ist und haben bei Buchung nach einem innenliegenden Raum gefragt. Die Kommunikation vor der Buchung war sehr gut und schnell.

Cons:

Kein Roomservice in vier Nächten. Der Müll wurde nicht geleert, keine frische Bettwäsche, keine frischen Handtücher. Wir würden am 3. Tag zwar gefragt ob wir zufrieden sind und haben gesagt, das es gut wäre, wenn Mal jemand durchs Zimmer geht und zumindest den Müll mitnimmt. Es wurde notiert, aber leider nicht erledigt. Unser Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Der Teppich war so stark verschmutzt, dass man barfuß eigentlich nicht drauf laufen wollte, Möbel teils beschädigt, Tresor nicht funktionsfähig. Unser Zimmer (302) war sehr ruhig, solange niemand in den angrenzenden Räumen war. Es sind sehr dünne Ständerwände und Mann hört alles, -wirkich alles (🫪) was im Nebenraum so vor sich geht. Wir hatten nur vier Nächte und haben nicht groß reklamiert, weil wir unsere Zeit sinnvoller nutzen wollten. Außerdem ist der größte Kritikpunkt der schlechte Allgemeinzustand und der ist so schnell nicht zu ändern. Wir würden leider nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Лейка, грязные ковры, тапочки, душевые гели, такие мелочные вещи отель может легко исправить. Это мелочи, но оставляет п
Pros:

Географическое местоположение удобное, конечная станция линии метро М4 (аэропорт сабиха гекчен-кадыкей, ~80 мин).
Скорость интернета 500 Мб/с.

Cons:

Отель в очень шумном месте по вечерам и ночам. У нас окон не было, если даже было бы не открывали бы ночью.
Проход в отель через бар.
Ковры были очень грязные.
Душевая лейка сломана.

Great hotel, brilliant location
Pros:

Amazing front desk staff who were always willing to help with every request. The location is very good and although the hotel is on a busy street, I had a windowless room where I heard no noise from outside. The amazing location in Kadiköy is a bonus too.

Cons:

Only one minor complaint. The room had all modern conveniences, including a TV with every big streamer on it. The carpet, howoever, needs replacing - there any cigarette burns on there even though it was a non-smoking room.

Pros:

It was cheap and close to where we needed to stay

Cons:

The staff was atrocious, I got charged more than we should have (based on booking). I also left before my partner and DID NOT check us out. The cleaning team proceeded to walk in the room which was clearly still occupied and did not even think to apologise.

Двери не закрывались, в номере очень грязно, и ещё плюс воняет сигаретой.
На фото всё красиво, но в на самом деле ужасный отель.
