La ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

El ruido del aire acondicionado. Estábamos en una habitación con 4 maquinas de aire acondicionado rn nuestra ventana que hacían un ruido tremendo. No se podía dormir. Entre las habitaciones también había mala insonorizacion.

Le pentole non erano compatibili con il piano cottura a induzione (peccato che abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver fatto la spesa). Ma la proprietaria ha chiesto scusa dovuto al fatto che era la prima prenotazione della struttura. Purtroppo può capitare e capisco.

Heerlijk La Spezia
Pros:

Het hotel bleek een hele goede keuze vanwege de comfortabele kamer, het goede bed en de fijne badkamer.
De locatie vlakbij Piazza Europa en de wandelboulevard aan zee is fantastisch. Om de hoek is Basko welke een hele grote supermarkt is. Heel fijn. Maar ook de vele terrasjes en de historische stad dichtbij maken Lia Art Hotel een goede keuze.

Pour une nuit à pas cher, point !
Pros:

Le prix et la propreté. L’accueil du jeune homme était très sympathique

Cons:

Les murs du fond que l’on entend les chambres à côté et les viens de la rue.
Le matelas n’était pas très confortable non plus.
L’accueil de la patronne qui quand on lui demande une information sur les bus non répond que l’on n’a qu’à regarder sur Internet.
Pas commerçante la dame, heureusement que son employé était bien plus agréable
