Pros:

Hotel bien situe non loin d'une station de metro. Chambre confortable et tres propre. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais mais avec une app de traduction. Le buffet du petit déjeuner etait tres bon.

Excellent value & very very clean & modern
Pros:

The rooms were modern & spacious & as a bonus, it had a massage chair in the room which we used a lot.

Very close to Futian station & some nice parks & only 1km from Coco Shopping mall

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast from the machine was poor quality

There could be more English speaking staff. The hotel is shown on the maps as 5 mins walking from the concert hall; in fact is was 15 mins. Taxi drivers do not know about the hotel under Urcove Hyatt Futian CBD name. In fact, they tend to start driving to the wrong hotel. I had to use the name Futian CBD Yifei hotel
