Pros:

The room was lovely and very clean. Good size bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

Unfortunately we weren't told before we arrived that breakfast was in a different hotel. If we'd have known we would have stayed in that hotel instead as The Mitre was also more expensive. The bedroom was too hot and then we realised the radiator was on full blast - in early September.

Clean, safe and comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the location which seemed close to a centre containing shops , pubs and close to local attractions. It was quiet at night, so sleeping was undisturbed.
The accommodation is within a pub building with its own entrance within the building and to the outside, both private and secured by cars key.
Information like emergency number and WiFi code were included on the card. This was a great idea. The entrance to the rooms and the room itself were both smartly decorated. My room had an en-suite shower and toilet which were clean and pleasant. Fresh towels along with body wash and hair shampoo were provided.
My bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed with a good selection of tea and biscuits along with a coffee making machine and pods. The room information folder contained essential information including instructions about where to go for breakfast. Breakfast was to be taken in a local sister pub and hotel. Cloth hangers were provided in a specially constructed alcove which worked well. Considering the building is a pub, I heard no noise coming from down stairs. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the above average standard. Breakfast was available at a different property a few minutes walk away. Very nearby. The breakfast was excellent and the service was good. I had eggs royal with rainbow trout instead of the usual smoked salmon. It was very enjoyable. I would happily stay in this accommodation again. Thank you.

Cons:

The late arrival time of 4:00pm caused me some concern as did the early time for leaving the room.
As it happened the pub staff kindly permitted me to leave my bag in a cupboard whilst I went to an exhibition. However, after a long journey, it would have been better had I been permitted to go to my room earlier.
Later, a member of staff told me that I did not have to leave until 10:30 which was better. However, someone knocked on my door at about 10 past ten to see if I was still there?
I was informed that the sister accommodation has an eleven o’clock time for leaving which would be more usual and better from a customer point of view.
Otherwise, the accommodation was very good.

Pros:

The best pub in Glastonbury with great accomodation
Pros:

Our room was fully self contained and had its own front door around the corner from the main entrance to the pub. It had a kitchenette with washing machine and dishwasher and all cleaning products. There were even some essential condiments in the cupboards. Plenty of cockery and cutlery, enough for 6 people. Good cental location just off the main high street which meant it was very quiet. The pub served good food although we didn't have breakfast there. They staff were also very accomodating in the pub when we asked for the football to be put on the TV !

Cons:

nothing
